Bebe got her first haircut this morning. She spends so much time sitting in water that she was starting to get little wads of matted hair everywhere. She won’t be 4 months old until Wednesday, but she has a huge stubborn streak! The groomer said she behaved, but I have my doubts.

She sure looks a lot more like Lily now!

Looking at that waitress like puppies when supper is past due! Well, those two in the matching red shirts do anyway. The ladies look chill & ladylike as always.

Adorable pup! Bet she hasn't slowed down much since the last time we saw her, but at least this time you didn't have to hold her in place!

Now that is funny about the shirts. No one ever mentioned we looked like twins. Me being the heavier one, now!

Oh no, Bebe is even more energetic. I didn’t have anyone to hold her tail so I took 8 photos in rapid succession just to get one with her looking at me. She is still a little monster.

We know what 2 RVMutant couples are doing this weekend. So what are the rest of y’all up to?

Me? I got a really good deal on some high quality solar batteries. I spent this morning hauling 8 golf cart batteries out of a 6 foot deep hole in the ground next to Connie. They only weigh 80# each. I put my adjustable ladder over the hole and tied some pulleys to it and hauled them out.

The new batteries weigh 128# each. Time for a bigger pulley system! Or maybe some super strong young helpers.

Maybe straighten that ladder out, cover with some scrap boards and use as a slide to get the new ones in place!

And don't forget to say "hold my beer" just before you let the first one go!
