Not sure how bad it is in other parts, but here at the SideOfTheHouse RV Park Resort, I've seen worse rain and winds in Indiana while we were out there than what's going on here.
It's supposed to rain a bunch still, but nothing torrential and I think the storm has moved westerly and where it goes from there I'm not sure.
I did lose power about 2 hours ago, cranked up the generator for the house, it's back on again so I'm all good at this point.

Finally home! Well finally backed into the RV barn. Well be camping there a few days till the paint smell in the house goes away. The oil base paint is strong and I cant afford to loose anymore brain cells !
There Wayne I said it for you!
I must admit that leaving those GK was tough cause that newest one breaks out in such a smile from just the sound of my voice. Pissed Mary off that she was always ready to go to grampa!

I checked the radar over you while that was going on & saw that westward move. You were doing under the speed limit, so issued no tickets. Glad you're ok.
When I moved to coastal RI in my previous life, one of the first things the neighbors did (more than one!) to welcome us to the 'hood was to show us photo albums of two hurricanes. One hit in 1953, so this was 21 years after the event, & the other, I believe, was in the 30s.
So, "welcome to town, but be forewarned. Oh and btw, we have looong memories!"
And PoP.
Cheers!
PS: Our favorite nearby waterfront restaurant, The Lobster Pot (because why not), was blown/washed away just a few years ago. [emoji22] Our house by the bay still stands, though, according to Google Street view.

Tim, Tim, Tim, you are assuming you have any brain cells to loose.
Thanks for leaving yourself wide open for comments,

Nope, doesn't function well as a tongue twister. Too easy. Whatever happened to "toy boat"? Try that one as you clean those very dusty wooden window blinds!
Cheers!

No Sue, for Tim it is loose 'cause when he had one it was like a BB in a boxcar. That was the last one he lost, and no more to lose.
