Hey, guys.
Sue and I are at the annual Thor Diesel Club rally in Goshen IN, (not far from Shipwreck)

Meeting old friends, telling lies, and scoffing good food.

The vendors are here in strength and we're trying not to spend too much. I've upgraded the TST tpms and Sue's bought a bunch of Tupperware.

One vendor caught our eye and we thought we ought to share with you. You may have already heard of this but, for those who have not, it's a service for those on the road looking for a campground to stay. It's called Spot2nite and is an app based system where you find a camp ground with a vacant spot and reserve and pay for it through the app. which contains your profile and any discount schemes you may be in eg. FMCA, Good Sam etc. It also can store your credit card.

The guy running this, Terry Broussstored, an iRV2 member, is ex USAF and lives in SC having fun developing this app. His only fee is a small commission paid by the Campground.

The app looks very professional, why not give it a try. Look for Spot2nite in the app stores.

Great, somebody posing as Martin is trying to sell something.

What’s next Dennis teaching English,
Wayne modeling dress suits,
Ed doing tongue twisters!

What has the world come to?

Have you tried it out already? I just put in my own copy of the app. Martin says it's still a bit buggy, but then it is still in its infancy. I made it through most of the setup process & then couldn't find the "Lemme outa here!" button. (Shut off phone for a few secs & then come back on.)

I think Terry & son/partner are still working w/ chain campgrounds, which is why we might not find places nearby. Smaller cg's will take longer for them to pick up.

I like the concept & hope they make a go of it.

Good pics, definitely PoP. Miss y'all, but having Brianna & Ori visit is better than a whole pack o' mutants!

Time with grands is to be cherished. It's the reward for working so hard seeing that their parents were raised properly. Grands' growth as individuals is so neat to be involved in and observe. If you like what you see in your young grandkids, pull your adult kids aside and have a heart to heart talk. Tell them how proud you are of them for working so hard at raising your grandkids and that you recognize the results of their hard work (and sense of responsibility) .

Moose, this was truly PoP!
The beautiful Brianna and Ori, along with the joyful scenery, was a thrill!!

You and Denise have virtually been hugged!

Nola and I wish we could walk so well. We will soon both get walkers that also can get set on.

Thanks Martin!!

I loaded the app pronto, and envision a very good product ahead.

Papaw, as usual, I hear words from you that ring in lovely fashion.
Those of us with kids and grands can equally show pride.
Ain’t it grand how our eyes and hearts can glitter?

The area we are in is quasi level with a huge lake that attracts lots of seniors. The one thing we have noticed is the high number of tricycle & bicycle style electric bikes that rule the streets here. The tricycle style ones allow for the walker gismos to be carried in the rear racks.

One similar to this is seen very often running the edge of the sidewalk free streets and along the edge of highway four. I will try to get a picture of the one here if you are interested. The owner claims 10 to 15 miles of use on the average day.

The owners carry this unit on the rack unit that is plugged into the 2" receiver of his toad. They use the toad for longer day trips and then the trike when they get to wherever they were headed.
