Sena was the main reason I opted for no reading glasses. She destroyed a dozen pair of sunglasses before I quit trying to wear them. Trust me - reading glasses wouldn’t have been on my head where she could steal them.

Well I see the old farts got up early enough to pick on me.
Let me help some of you make wise decisions. Sometimes we make decisions that have very little impact on our lives. Other times the impact is more serious. Let’s say for instance putting on boots. I wear boots most of the time. I have dress boots, work boots, snake boots, mud boots, riding boots, warm boots, camo boots and hiking boots.
Depending on my planned activities for the day I wear boots that are appropriate. Now that a good 80% of the soow and ice are gone thinking that any of my boots would be a good choice i unwisely chose a pair of my most favorite boots. Now let me tell you about the 20% of ice that we still have. Primarily the large thick square of ice that sets at the North end of my RV barn. The end that never gets any direct sun. Yep it looks like the ice rink in China. No fluff, no crunch just smooth slick ice. Smooth leather sole boots was not a good choice. The impact was luckily in slow motion. I looked a lot like the ice scatters on the Olympics, you know, graceful! Hope it’s gone by spring cause I’ve got to drive across it in The Discovery! I’d hate to miss any fun cause I’m soowed in.

You know I was kind of wondering where the king of BS was hiding.

You should have had your ski boots on, eh?
Other than you ego and your tush, did you hurt anything? Head doesn't count - to hard.

Getting up to 60s today. Hopefully the skating rink will be gone!

Just found out we are going to go up in some silly gondola lift. I was informed I should not go to the top in just shorts and a T Shirt. Too cold they say... being they weren't in Tucson a few years ago what do they know of Canadians and shorts in cold weather...
Right Wayne.

Uh, how many feet does this gondola ascend up? While it might be very warm where you are now, the higher you go the cooler it gets. And then there is the wind factor. I’d suggest that you take a jacket with you.
I know the truth about Tucson, remember

One GC out there, I took a bike ride up one of those mountains. I was in a t-shirt when I started. Before I could reach the top, I had every piece of clothing I had with me on (including leather jacket) and I was still freezing so much I couldn't make it to the top. Total bummer of a trip I'll tell ya. Won't make that mistake again...
