Omms and prayers are asked for Mary Ann and the kids who are very worried about me. Eventually, Mary Ann wants to administer in-home dialysis when my arm is ready to used for dialysis. I will keep you informed of my progress and my future status with the "new normal". Love you guys.

Well Steve that is sad news. We do what we have to do to carry on. I wish you well and hope it all goes well for you and Mary Anne. It really helps when you have a loving partner at your side!

Thanx to all for your well wishes, omms, and prayers. Tomorrow's the day for poking me in the neck. I'm confident about the results of that procedure and the outcome of doing dialysis.

Dust Storm!
About 15 minutes ago I noticed dark skies in the east and checked the radar to see what might be over there. There was a long line of storms about 15 miles east headed this way, but here it was still calm and sunny.
I took a photo of the sky to the north. You can see the dust starting to roll in. About five minutes later the winds picked up and the dust started blowing. Then I took this photo of the house that is east of me to show you the dust that was coming. Now I dare not go outside, but the house to the East is invisible.

Tim--I hope you're doing OK with the knee and the eye! And sending my sympathies to Mary!
Wayne--how's Earlene feeling? Hope she's better now.
Steve--so sorry to hear of this latest health challenge. My mother was on dialysis for over 5 years and it was very time-consuming. Of course that was 20 years ago and hopefully the process is much easier now. I hope it goes smoothly for you. I remember that Mama was thirsty all the time and had to suck on hard candies to "lubricate" her mouth. She was very limited in the amount of liquid she could consume. My best wishes to you.
Barb--wow, that dust storm looks scary. Do you get a lot of those?
Any news from Di and Larry? Hope they are both doing well.

Thanks Sarah, the knee is doing well, just don’t tell Mary I was released from the physical therapist after only 3 visits and I’ve not slowed down since. The eye pic was from last summer but posted to remind Wayne not to take them lightly, they can really hurt you. Hope your continuing to do well!

Soft and cuddly!
Oh, "feeling" like in medical term. She is better every day. I know, not only because she says it, but because she is getting back to her old self of orner....er, old self.
Nice to hear from you again. We are in Shipshwana, IN, and our temp gage says 64˚ at 9:22 a.m. How is it going there?
