Heck, he can't aim the camera when it's smaller people.

Luckily I brought my appetite with me!
Wayne we don’t need no pictures, the four of use are confident we were there. And blame it on Mary, she forgot to remind me!

Of course you didn't tell them you were a professional catfish cook.

F igures you'd blame Mary.
I thought it was Richard's fault [/QUOTE]
Well normally I'd say "Poor Richard," but Poor Richard was wealthy. This Richard doesn't have any money as Ann has it all. Every once in a while she gives him enough for an ice cream. or lollypop.

In blue above, it says Nadine is 5’2’. That’s a tall glass of water. Here in SC, piled high and deeper, is a PHD

The reference applied to me by my boot camp Company Commander was "Tall Drink of Water." And I have actually added a couple inches (vertically) since the summer of '78 (several more horizontally).
Wayne will just have to wait to learn Nadine's true height. But it isn't 5'2".

All this banter about height reminds me of a moment during the visit of 5 ladies and me to Japan on a ceramics appreciation tour. I'm 73" and, in an elevator in Kyoto, a native stranger looked up at me, smiled and said - 'Aah, Mount Fuji!'

Mary and I spent a week in South Korea visiting my son and DIL. Riding the subway around Seoul it was easy to find both Mary and DIL in the crowd. At 6’ I towered above the crowd and their blond hair stood out in the all dark haired population.
We never felt unsafe, everyone was friendly. At least we think they were. Only the children spoke English. The older folks did a lot of head bobbing.

I am 76". When I was in Japan in 1963, on my first trip to Tokyo, I got off the train and all I could see, with Japanese packed shoulder-to-shoulder, was their black hair bobbing around. It looked like waves on a black ocean. Made me disoriented and a little dizzy for a minute .
Never met an unfriendly Japanese in my two years there. During my time in Vietnam, though, I encountered a few unfriendly folks .
My kids think that they are getting an inheritance -

Arrive at one of our favorite places, Fort Sam Houston RV Park. FHU, Level sites, quiet with a few train whistles that we enjoy hearing.
Today we are going to meet "Tall Man," and "Almost Tall Woman," down by the Alamo. Looking forward to having lunch with ATW, well TM also. I think we should nickname him "Shorty!"
PoP will be forthcoming if he doesn't break the camera.

Be sure to take a PoP with some perspective!!! Showing the tops of heads isn't going to help, take a few steps back!
