Auction is Friday but getting there early gets your stuff located near the front and allow you to walk around to check out all the other goodies. Like kids we crawled on several larger tractors and started a few. Friday will be like a circus where old farmers come just to walk around.
Did you pull you load with a big moon!

I’ll have to admit I had a blast walking around guessing what some of the items were used for.

I'm going to be staying at Spring Branch RV Park in Spring Branch TX, myself arriving on the 1st of April, 2024 and leaving on the 11th. But the official gathering dates, since they're usually a week at a time, are from the 4th to the 11th with the eclipse happening on the 8th, starting around noon TX time.

So call early if you're interested, the # is 830-885-2491 and I spoke to Paige who was very helpful. Hope to see ya'll*there!

I’m reprinting this information to give everyone ample opportunity to make plans. As the date gets closer everything will fill up, campgrounds, motels even vacant lots. So make your plans now!

Paige at the campground said although they don’t have cabins other CG nearby do OR there is a motel only 7 mi away. Old mutants, young mutants future mutants come join the fun!

Don’t procrastinate to long, RV parks here in AR have already started running ads to book for the event. I’m sure like at the first Mutant Mooning where we booked two years in advance, everything will fill up. You may recall the problems we heard about on the news in Oregon the problems caused by the parking along the roadside.

If you’re not a RVMutant come join the fun. There are No Dues, just food and fun!

If'n y'all R goin' to the Eclipse in Spring Branch, TX be sure to tell Paige when you sign up that you are an RV Mutant. If you have signed up and did not indicate that you are an RV Mutant because you want to stay anonymous, don't, call her and tell here you are an RV Mutant. Then tell her I was the one to have you call so you could pester her.

We stayed at Spring Branch in 2022 on our way from AZ to FL so we could visit with Jan. It's a nice park and Paige is great.
Now, more somber news. The insurance company has declared the coach a total loss. I went up to Decatur yesterday to finish cleaning it out and to say goodbye. However, the settlement is a lot more than what I thought it was worth. Guess we're done traveling for a while...
Will probably make a day trip to Shipshewana in August so we can pester...er, I mean so we can visit Wayne and Tim and everyone.
Not sure about the Mooning II, can't plan that far ahead right now. We may be getting some eclipsing action here in Indiana but it might only be partial.

Well anytime you’re getting more money from insurance companies than expected is a great day! We are very iffy on Shipshewanna so you can pester Wayne double amounts. Keep that second mooning date on your calendar, I’ll need a mooning partner. You never know what will happen in a years time.

Mac already "dances" to Wheel Of Fortune. Sometimes almost the entire 1/2 hour I need to get off my butt and record it one day, it's really hilarious the reaction of these two when WOF starts their theme song. It's the *main event* every day.

BTW, I've seen that video before...it is funny.
