Well, Ed (Rezman) was riding his daughter's horse today and I'm just gong to arbitrarily name it "Topper." Topper started bucking and threw Ed off but his foot got caught in the stirrup. (Some one should have told Ed to take his feet out fo the stirrups when a horse starts bucking and wrap the legs around the belly of the horse.) Topper dragged Ed for about 10 feet and wasn't happy that he just bucked Ed off, he stepped on Ed's arm and broke it in two places.
Also, he bruised Ed's ribs and shoulder.
I texted him and told him I wished him a speedy recovery for a NOT so spring chiken.
Hmm! He though I was calling him old. Now would I do that.
Anyhow, I'm thinking of putting Ed's RVMutant name as "Hopalong," up for a vote.

On the brighter side, my ophthalmology doctor lifted all restrictions on me except for domestic work. He said the no domestic work was for 5 years.
On the darker side (besides Ed) I took Earlene to the Dr today as she is running a fever and sever cough. Tests cam back negative for COVID and PCR so she will be on cough medicine and antibiotics.
Prayers are always welcome as are Ohmms!

No, no, no!!! Ed! Better the arm than the head, at least, but not great either way! Ommmmms on the way for speedy recovery ... & patience.
No housework for you, either, hey? Nor driving for a while?

More ommmmms on the way for Earlene. Your turn, Wayne, my friend, to do all that babying & coddling, even if you aren't allowed to do housework. I'm so sorry Earlene is ill & hope it's soon relieved!

Well hope-a-long we will be praying for a quick recovery. Mary said at least it was your left arm you could still shift your truck. I had to tell her truck drivers these days drive automatic transmissions. Don’t get to liking those drugs too much, I’ll need someone with functioning brain cells to talk to at the GCs

Yes, careful with the drugs. Don't want the Crepe memory to fail.

I had been going to the horse auction the past couple of years thinking I’d pick up another horse more appropriate for me to ride. Old Bay, is just a little under size for a full size cowboy. Mary hasn’t been a fan of the idea and when I broke my rib from a fall from flat footed on the ground her remarks was had you been any higher, like on a horse, the fall might of killed me!
So now I’m thinking of getting a new bicycle to ride so I can get in better shape. Mary was all for that till she saw I was looking at e-bikes. She just takes away all my fun.

E-bikes are good exercise. With the pedal assist, you still DO need to pedal. I do about 7 miles a day
