We mutants are a curious group of RVers. We don't require a type or make or model of RV - or a location or any other thing to bring us together than the love of our RV - the RV lifestyle - and 1 - our RVs don't have some things and we don't miss them (as you declared yours) and 2 - the journey is the destination.

Many moons, pages and posts ago there was a discussion of collective nouns. Due to our curious nature - it was agreed that a gathering of mutants was collectively know as a curiosity of mutants.

When we decided to have our first curiosity (others would say rally) we settled on the GC (first ever Grande Curiosity) and it will be at Catherines Landing (CL) in Hot Springs Arkansas April 24 - 30 this year.

If you go to our website - www.rvmutants.com - you can read our first ever RVM News Letter that describes how we came to be - and under the Events Tab - you can learn more about the First Ever Grande Curiosity at Catherines Landing.

You may also PM HerbandBarb or me or Tim....
Hope that helps. You may also read the almost 10,000 posts lol and catch up!!

Very happy to see that you are well, but just busy!
I sent you a PM... mostly, (and now I open this to class discussion here....)
I am wondering if it is worth it (10 bucks a head)to go to the Mid America RV show in KCMO. Wondering if the Dicor dudes and Eternabond fellas will be there to ask questions of... etc. Wondered if anyone has been to this one and knows if it is a walk around for 2 hours, look at 2 or 3 MOHO's and go home thing or plan to spend a lot of time there....
so now pondering if I go if I will get Iwantititis....or needthatnow fever.

Hey Steve,

Are the temps there at RVM Central about finished with the First Edition Mutant Lexicon yet? It would sure help our new RVMs understand the lingo and come up to speed if they had a handy dandy dictionary on RVMutants.com to refer to in times of bewilderment.

Maybe while you're home recouping from the crud you can encourage progress?

Ha! I don't know what happened to that. Maybe I need you to delegate for me LOL. The temps know I have a soft spot for them and I think they take more time off than they are reporting on their time sheets.

Not sure how much of that I can do while recouping - don't even want to sit at my desk. Will see what I can do...

Ok Les - what gives? Is it available for pickup on or about 4/24/14 in Hot Springs Ar?

Hey Mutants - looks like Les is going for the First Ever Coveted Mutant RV Hat Trick. 3 Motor Homes before the first anniversary of the RV Mutant Thread (or any given year thereafter).

This is gonna be fun to watch.
RVM2 - signing off.

Hey Judy! I'm not Barb, but we have Amazon Prime and appreciate it. DH got it especially for the free shipping. Haven't used the lending library yet, but that shipping makes for some great savings.

Cheers!

Steve, You should work for the FBI!

Up in the air at the moment. Having two RVs at the same time is not an easy feat!

May as well show you what's on my wish list. (Hope it doesn't jinx my plan)

Ah! Two MH's at the same time. I His and a Hers. How wonderful. Actually I'll bet one is the "Dog House." (And I don't mean 4 legged kind either.)

Les, did you figure out a way around those heavy duty taxes on RVs, or did ya rob a bank? And, will you still qualify as a mutant in such a pretty package?
