I started tomatoes, peppers, green beans and peas in the barn under grow lights. Got bored and it was to cold to move the MH to wash again.
We are supposed to get about 8" of the white stuff overnight then 40s tomorrow.

I did too! But broccoli is almost as good if steamed just a tad and sprinkled with Mrs Dash garlic and herb, and maybe some real butter.

Marty - Hard to believe how big those leaves are going to be when they grow up. Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts are both pretty amazing plants. And - I love em both. Have we been down this road before. LOL.

Ahhhh, veggies!
In MN, this time of year I hid away in my green room full of plants and grow light (NOOOO, not rope lights!!!!). It was the season to take cuts and cultivate new rooted nifty stuff. Like African Violets.
That all ended when we moved to PA to start the new career thing. But I did grow some awesome tomatoes in Lancaster County PA, yes-sir-ee-bob!

I knew there was something I was missing while watching it snow and rebuilding the carb on one of our 4 wheelers.

Hi, Mutant People:
I have missed you all. I have managed to check in a couple of times and read posts, but not much. I'm still having breathing problems, and can't seem to shake this. I've been busy at work, too, and I've got finals coming up and papers due for my master's program. I'm really, really, tired...
Ohhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmms, prayers and good thoughts would be appreciated.
On a good note, our MH is now ready for pickup from the dealer, as all warranty work is complete. They even sent us pictures to show us how everything turned out! There are good service places out there - sometimes I think we only hear about the bad ones.
Peace on the journey,
E.
