Didn't know Bar-b-q was a kind of TOFO. Sure learn a lot by being a mutant.

I have it on pretty good authority (me) that real men never eat tofu.

Hopefully you will get to continue life without ever finding out. Seriously, I tried it once and promised myself, never again!

Looks like I might need to get started on the boat. Out of the blue, a friend drops a truckload of lumber off at my house while I wasn't home, said he was cleaning up odds and ends at his lumber yard, thought I might could use some of it. Then it started raining, nonstop raining. Now I look out and find 2 dogs in pen, 2 deer in yard afraid to look any more, it appears the animals are pairing up!

Thank you for all of the veggies - that makes me happy. However, BBQ tofu is delicious - even non-tofu meat eaters say it tastes pretty good. My dear spouse's cousin, who is a hunter, woodsman and full timer said no way, no how, and took a bite anyway. He liked it! Hey, Mikey...

In our travels together over the last 45 years, Nola and I have searched the continent for foods we had never tasted, trying to find some that we do not like. FAILED! Even tofu is good if properly prepared, like charcoal grilled and seasoned with Johnny's Seasoning Salt, especially when paired with fresh brussel sprouts roasted in olive oil.

Ah! What you don't know is that for 5 minutes before that picture I grabbed an icy cold ice tea glass. I'm not sure what the smile on Herbs face is about.

And I also eat sashimi (raw fish). (not lake fish). Tofo is great in Miso and fried.

My wife once made the mistake of taking me to a Sushi Bar and got really angry when I said aloud; "Wow look at all the bait!"

Nuff said.

Kung Pao Tofu is off the charts and so is Tofu in Garlic Sauce. My favorite Chinese Deliver place will make anything with Tofu. They also have a soy based veggie chicken that is good. And - I love a southwestern salad with wheat meat.

It's all good.
