Geesh Steve did you have to go to the basement of the music archives and blow the dust off that one to resurrect it?

Think I mentioned this before. My aunt Bonita knew Michael Parks - I have the vinyl album And autographed photo. Loved the show - short run as it was. Didn't have to think too hard. Always thought the early Sportster was a bike to own. There was something about the spirit of the show. Every week another town and adventure. Always about the journey.

Did ya ever see the show Herb? What's funny is Parks always sounded like he had a mouthful of gravel. All those years later he sounded about the same in Kill Bill. But - he could actually sing and did the music for the show. Interesting cat lol.

Gotcha!
===========

We play Willie Nelson's "On The Road Again," every time we start up and move.

Don't fret Herb. I once took a picture of Earlene and unfortunately there were three jackasses in the background. I titled the picture, "Look at the four jackasses." She was not amused.

Hahahahaha Dave,

I have to laugh at that, I'll tell you what I hope they are enjoying some great Colombian coffee together. Back when I was about 10, and my brothers 12 & 8 respectively, dad was in the back yard in a chase lounge, and he asked us to fill his coffee cup. We were up for it and had his favorite cup, so we filled it, now dad was a no nonsense coffee drinker, no cream or sugar for him. So imagine his surprise when my brothers and myself added a good 2 tablespoons of salt to his coffee for a joke, he took a good long sip of it, his face told the true story, and that poor coffee cup sailed 3/4 of the way across the yard. After that he always made sure he could see us if we poured him a cup of joe. It wasnt until I was well into my 30's that he trusted me enough to get him coffee with no salt.

Cheers !!!

I knew your pokin - but I have met plenty of folks "our age" that didn't see it. They all knew Tom Laughlin and Billy Jack and some even Born Losers. Bronson was kind of a Billy Jack with nice bike, cool lifestyle and substance that Billy lacked but made up for with his spinning back kick. Those were some of the days for sure.

Wayne !!!! Really ???

You said four Jackasses, and lived to tell about it ?, and without bruises ??

geeessshhhhh you are a brave man .... I said something like that once about Marcia, not exactly like that but something very close and I swear I paid for that comment for like months, it was like an inconvenient truth, I paid and paid, but eventually I was forgiven ....

Lets not forget the song "I cant drive 55" I mean I do drive 55 when I have to but as long as we are pulling out old titles and such, ya just cant forget that one, and last but not least "Get your kicks on Route 66"

Cheers !!!
