Oh heck! I'm in trouble now!! Earlene reads this board!

Keep it up. I lost track of how many times I tried to quit, but finally succeeded after smoking for 30+ years. I tried patches and nicotine lozenges with limited success. The last time I quit was cold turkey and 4 years later I'm still off. Quitting was one of the toughest things I've ever done, but it can be done if you really want to.

Songs for around the campfire

Today's issue of RV Travel has a link to a site that has the lyrics to some of the great campfire songs.

Camp Songs to Sing While Camping – Love The Outdoors Camping Guide

I'm planning to review them prior to the GC@CL. Perhaps someone who has a fast printer will volunteer to print some of the best. How many copies Herb?

Hey Herb !!!

Now just so ya Know, when we begin our magic carpet ride toward the GC@CL we will be stopping in Frisco, and that is probably as close as we are going to get to DFW, Now I dont know why there is such a competition between Arizona Mexican food and Texas Mexican food, but you seem to be perpetrating the myth that there is a huge difference. So if we can finagle a meeting before the grand meeting than you may well be able to put your theory to the test, I just have to find a place to park the magic carpet somewhere in the Frisco area...

Cheers !!!

I have had Mexican, barbeque (you know, "Q"?), hot dogs, burgers, italian, and such all over the lower 48. They are all a bit different, all good.

In our travels we have strived to find local foods we do NOT like. We failed!

However, I usually get my Mexican where it is prepared by Mexicans. So far, the only difference has been the particular preference of the cook. :-)
