BTW, the finest place for dates, so far, has been the China Ranch Date Farm.

Dozens of varieties to taste for free, not just one! Great date shakes, of course.

Also is a nifty place to walk about. It is in an oasis not far from Death Valley.

We will be going back to http://www.chinaranch.com

I guess the Christmas and New Year greeting being sent to ALL RVMs - from Dave and Nola, Annie and I - was unclear. Apparently it gave the impression that it was intended only for RVMs that had not posted in a while. So for you regular to daily posters - Many apologies and blessings upon your and your camels. I take it all back!

I haven't quite finished sending the PM to all RVMs yet - because the forum limits you to 5 screen names per PM and 15 screen name PMs per hour. So when you receive your PM - if you have not already - please take no offense or ignore it.

Ya know what they say - no good deed goes unpunished!
--------------------
On Edit - where the PM said
"Some of you have be absent from the RVM Thread for some time now," ---- it should have read....

"Some of you have be absent from the RVM Thread for some time now,"
Darn greeting card department.

This is the first Christmas I've decorated while dripping with sweat. Somebody, pity me!

Take two mint juleps and call me in the morning. You can probably find fresh mint growing somewhere nearby. Oh the troubles you have seen....

So...just to cover my bases here in case life gets too crazy to keep up...I wanna wish all upon the rainbow a wonderful holiday season whatever one you are celebrating... at my place the dominant scene is Christmas and New Years... but I'm drawn to wassailing the apple trees in mid January this winter fest....

RVM6 Checking In.....

We had a pretty quiet summer RV wise. Made a few fairly local jaunts to escape the heat, but avoided longer trips due to some physical limitations. I'm getting the old rig ready though, and just installed a new skylight a couple of days ago! Hoping for more trips to be on the agenda for this coming year.

We would like to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a gloriously Happy and Prosperous New Year..!!

Good to hear from ya! And Happy Holidays
To You!

Check out the website and the curiosity in Hot Springs. Give that new skylight some new light to filter. We'd love to have ya there. As a single digit RVM - you are part of our rich heritage. An early adopter. A pioneer. An RVM elder!

Welcome back - don't be such a stranger!

I like crunchy Jiff. Seems to have more peanut flavor. You can also wedge the nuts under the trap end. And we all know that the second mouse gets the treat.
