Tim - I'm actually able to mostly keep up - just can't muster energy to post. I have had to exercise some restraint though with the OP who can't crate their cat - as if it were a jaguar - and far better to let it eat wires, claw away at components, etc. Although I usually find restraint needed when I venture too far from the RVM thread.

Needless to say, I'm still not sure where this is headed, but I've set a new course. Thanks for your thoughts and concern. I really appreciate it. I have never had a flu like this - never took flu shots before. From here on out - flu shots my friends. It is not worth the risk. So in Dallas I think the death toll this year is still at 9 with 8 other deaths being looked into. I am on leave from work, hospital orders, until Monday. I expect to be better then. I will be quiet now. Doctors orders.

Sorry to hear this thing has a grip on you. Continued wellness wished!
I gave gotten a flu shot every year for about the last 10 years. Rarely do I ever get a bug. (Touch wood)
Stay warm.

Something else to worry about in the "hood"!
Two cougars caught and euthanized in the last two weeks and this is a third spotted about 1/2 block from an elementary school.

Steve, I am distressed to find out you are so ill. I have no advice, except for chicken soup, or chicken stock to drink. It does make one feel better. I am troubled by people who have breathing problems, as this is very frustrating to overcome. In fact it was a bout with this exact thing which inspired me to quit smoking almost 14 years ago.
Please stay in and fully recover before pushing yourself out the door, the further complication risk is not worth it.

As long as you say this with tongue - in - cheek, that's OK. Stephanie grows okra and we always have an ample supply of people that want 'em. I wish she would grow english peas, but she says that only pea brained people eat peas.
We are going to take one tomato plant with us this year. We set it outside the MH when we stop. She just likes the idea of growing something.

RVM Post 9471
Steve is sent to his time-out cave until at least Monday, has sworn allegiance to the League of Flu Shot Believers, and owes sweet Annie a ton of jewelry.
Meanwhile back in RVMdom, the SDMs are holding their own, but becoming a bit restless due to the calamity at RVM Central.
Will RVM2, the sage of RVMdom, revive by Monday?
Will the Grand Potentate of the Rainbow return to his highchair of wisdom?
Will the kitty finally be caged with a cozy towel?
Tune in next week, same iRV2 blog, same RVM thread for the next exciting episode:
"RVMdom Potentate is uncaged"
OR
"Where is my bacon?"

My pot is only a 4 gal and I'm pretty sure it's not big enough. Stephanie (DW), says that I also need to bring some okra (ugh - throw up). When I make it, I just cook the okra on the side and let everybody add it to their bowl to suite their taste. We will need some chicken, onions, celery, and of course RICE.
I got my slurppin' spoon and I'm ready!!!!

This is where I got the idea that Stephanie liked boiled okra, making her and me the only ones that posted back in Oct. this superior quality! When I cook it I add it right befor everything else is done, that way it doesn't get really slimy.

As far as I'm concerned you and her can have my share of it. The coona--es down here do the same thing - last thing added. Are you going to be the "gumbo man" at the GC?
Changing the topic: How did you find that post from so long ago? I want to buy the two remote thermometers for my fridge, I think they were posted in "what was the last thing you bought for your RV?" I don't know how to look it up?

No, no gumbo from me, I'll be on the catfish!
Now how I located the post, tempted to say photographic memorie but you'll quickly see through that by asking me the simple questions such as What Day Is It? More than likely I want know and will answer Hump Daaaaaay!
If you know who posted the reply you can click on their avatar which brings up a box with several choices, one of which is "list post". That's what I did.
I've also used the dates to scan back if I know about when something happened. The search feature also can be used, first go to thread, then search, may have to use a variety of key words.
Others may have better ideas!
