No Snow here either, Let me paint you a picture ....... Sunny skies with no clouds, and a balmy 82* with a slight breeze, no snow, no rain, no mosquitoes, laying back in a chase lounge sipping a cold one, Life my friend is good when you can finally be retired.
Cheers !!!! and stay thirsty also ........
P.S. I felt that posting a photo of this event would be like rubbing salt into a wound, and that just wouldnt be nice.

Sena has returned to being her old bratty self. She now blames Arlene for the evil that has happened to her. Monkeys must always have someone to blame. Lily is still Canis Non Gratis, and Arlene is the only other familiar creature to venture inside our domain. Twice I have had to "adjust" her attitude.
A home health nurse came to draw blood today and informed me that they will send out a physical therapist so I won't have to be hauled into town twice a week. Yeah!
The best news is that I got a real shower today! It was marvelous! They put a waterproof dressing over my incisions right before I left the hospital. By 3pm today the snow had melted off the pavement so I hopped in my power chair and headed for the pool house shower. It is the easiest for me to access. I was pooped and ready to climb back into bed, but oh was it worth the effort.
There is also good news about Arlene's husband, Don. Today she was joking with one of his friends about taking pictures of him lying in bed. He shook his head. We know that he's still in there. His docs have all said this is a marathon, but it was getting hard to be patient. Everyone's spirits are renewed.
Thank you all for the prayers and healing thoughts for Don and me. They're working!

Well....... I finally am ed.
Barb... So glad you are doing good and Don is starting to do Better. To the new RVMs .
To the others that were under the weather, we are happy things are better, and that goes for the fur babies too.
We have a 42 cup perk coffee maker we will bring to GC@CL.
Les.... Watch out for mailboxes and nice rainbow. Listening to the local weather and their call for ice, snow and general global warming fail. Stay safe and we hope all is well on everyone's side of the rainbow.

Barb glad you got to enjoy a nice hot shower. That the first thing I wanted when I got out of my last hospital visit so I know how great it feels.
Steve, stay warm over there buddy! We have ice freezing on everything over here and humidity is so high it's bone chilling out here.

I got side tracked with "w" and holidays back around page 600. Y'all got real talkative. That darned ole "w" word will one day no longer be needed as the kid's college debts are paid.

It has it's advantages - but sleeping in isn't one of them. Lol.

Well, if you live central and work east, you would have to rise and shine! My "commute" to the left coast means it is still around 6 a.m. there when I usually log in. Actually, I set my own hours and can work any time, I just have a certain committment of work for the week. Since I am really "officially" retired, I don't want to work fulltime any more, so it works out to 3-4 hours a day.

It is similar on this side of town. This has been about as much winter and as cold as I can remember. Although, my memory isn't what it once was.
When it warms up - mini-C for some tasty grub is a must!
