A mutant host work is never done or easy. Mary and I thought we would take a scenic drive through the National Forrest near Hot Springs today so we could give our fellow mutants a updated report on what beauty and splendor to expect if they decide to go Jeeping.

Seemed it was going to be a lazy day, NASCAR was rain delayed, the rain had stopped but still wet everywhere so off we went. The guide provided by the Forrestry Service (which I have copies for the GC) were accurate and finding the turnoff took no effort what so ever.

THEN the rain came back, gradually increasing, next was ice and as we drove around the mountains and valleys it began to snow. Big time snow. The clouds dropped down to cover the mountains and about the time they cleared back came the snow.

So if your wondering how the view at the vistas were I present this pic.

Haven't y'all heard that March comes in like a lion, and goes out like a lamb? This is just some Arkie lion roaring. Two weeks from now there will be leaves on the trees and snow will be forgotten.

And they're hanging where, to be the feature dish on the wild game night?

I was weeding the garden for a bit this morning and couldn't believe all the spring time flowers we already have blooming up here.
