I feel strongly one way or the other...just can't figure out which way.

A very high level of mutation indeed!

You are correct, RVM2. We are inclusive of all that share the two basic RV Mutant requirements.

1. The Journey is Our Destination
2. There are things that we do not have and do not need. (Ie: for me it is rope lights and a few sundrie others)

I will not push bacon and will ignor visible rope lights. But I will appreciate the tolerance of others in my shamless love of BACON and my kinky, wrankled, abhorrence of ropus lightus.

The Great Bacon Challenge has been scheduled to pay homage to the bacon contingent. As I recall - you have entered the Yin and Yang - both Veggie and Bacon in the contest! Did someone order a strand a rope lights as Grand Prize?

Need the rope light to make sure my bacon is properly cooked at night. It's not just for breakfast anymore.

So, no pics from my cam today. Cams are not allowed at http://azstateparks.com/parks/kaca/

A true gem! We rarely miss a cave. This one rates in our top 5.

Well we have new shoes on the Beaver and I have to say it has made a huge difference course I only drove it 16 miles back to our parking spot. The real test will begin on Friday.

I have a question .... do any of the GC attendees have any experience pointing the roof mounted dish properly or good apps to help pinpoint the crazy thing, right now its kind of hit and miss.

Cheers !!!
Let me tell you a short (maybe not) story about satellite dishes. Had a single LNB, wanted HD so got a dual LNB. Had one devil of a time with skew, elevation, azimuth, and especially getting them all correct at one time, or even together.

So, on one excursion with the RV sites real, real close to each other, I attempted again. Since the RV Park was alternating site assignments, I set the dish up in the track of the next site closest to my RV. I struggled for over an hour trying to get that thing locked on. I just said the heck with it, went inside to cool of and have a "cool" one. I noticed it was starting to get dark and just to be on the safe side that the site next to us was not given to someone, I went outside, pulled up the stakes, picked the whole satellite dish and tripod up as one piece and set it down behind the motorhome. I re-staked it just in case of a wind coming up and I'd take it all down and put it away the next morning. Went back in the MH and had all three satellites locked in, 110, 119, and 129. Go figure, go figure.

Next time on an excursion and having trouble for over an hour I said to Earlene, "Come on, we're going to the RV store get a Carryout antenna." I have never regretted it since the first day I got the Carryout.

I will be very happy to assist you. I will sit in the lawn chair, sipping smoothies, and I'll even do all the cussing for you. How's that.
