Um....no...zones are more about temperature tolerance...

No problemo. Will give out address to any fellow Mutant RVer who needs FHU 50 amp. and huge parking lot. Matter of fact we have two set ups, but our bus uses one.

Only downside is that we live in a boring non-tourist yuppie town. Night life is probably a little more subdued than anything most people have seen. Our sidewalks automatically empty just after dinner time. Daytime excitement is watching people drive to and from work. For a real thrill, you might try sitting in the shopping center parking lot to watch people. Even our Wal-Mart is devoid of "interesting" characters to watch. Gotta go across town to see those.

Out yonder there are corn fields to watch, if you hanker to see stuff grow slowly. Crime rate is low here though.

Overall, this is a great place for an afternoon nap. Speaking of which ... it is my time.

Moonrover, in what state is your S & B? I'm always looking for good stopovers when I'm traveling from Seattle to Florida.

Ok, why is it that my cell service and cell based wireless Internet is affected by the wind? It doesn't make sense to me unless the wind shaking the cell towers causes the signal to be less accurate somehow?

Whenever it's really windy, like today, I get only 2 bars instead of the 4 I consistently at night, in the early morning and when the winds are calm.

I can find reference to heavy cloud cover and thunderstorms reducing cell signal strength, but not wind. Am I imagining this or does anyone else find wind an issue?

The winds move the signal around in the airways....er airwaves.

I also have a bridge for sale. (Oops... not selling anything.... not selling...that was tongue in cheek)

Aha! I will see if we can pick that up. I don't normally watch cooking shows any more, not that I think I know it all, but I'm just busy. Besides they turn me into a craving maniac!

The Chew, eh? I'm on it ... Thank you!

Chewio!

Yeah, but he mentioned corn fields and boring in the same post. I'm thinking he's in the upper plains -- Iowa or South Dakota maybe. I tend to avoid driving thru that part of the country 'cause the landscape is too boring. It puts me to sleep to see the same fields mile after mile.

I only go to SD every 5 years to renew my driver's license. I hear that it might be only every 10 years now, that you can renew via the Internet every other time. That's fine by me. The last time I was there it was mid October and it snowed!

His state is OH, according to the RVM list.

Cant find a plural, so sure why not?

TIM - this definition us for you:

duh
replacement for the sarcastic retort, " No Kidding! "
" Hey, the Sun is bright "
" Duh! "
