Congrats on the new digs and the new ride, Warren. You didn't mention how you broke your hand, or is that a story you want to tell?

Good luck figuring out how to post pictures here. I'm pretty sure they have to be on a photo hosting site like shutterfly, but some of the web wiser folks will be along in the morning to help you.

Good to hear from ya again. Don't be such a stranger.

Hiya Barb and thanks, On April 2 I was going to a Dr visit and when I opened the car door, the wind knocked me down and I fell onto my crutches, which were in my hands and the thing broke a bone in my hand, all the other stuff healed a month ago. I still cannot put any pressure on it, like I have to have someone open my beer or pull out the cork.

Wow, WAGM ... just read your saga. Tracing it backward, I think the root cause is the wind !!

We have not been formally introduced yet, since I had a long absence covering the time that you arrived. I'm easy to recognize however. The guy that knows little to nothing about everything, and nothing about anything. It's a safe status, low pressure.

Well Dave I'll see you this winter. For I'll be there too. Hitting the rainbow again this morning. With a heavy hart. My MeMa is dieing. And I will not be there to say goodbye. She is a great lady. And will be missed. On a lighter note our grand baby will be here soon. And my bathroom looks great

She uses whatever GF flour is on hand. This time it was Red Mill all purpose baking flour. So very yummy!

Mouth watering now. Schllluurrrpp! Oh, Dave wanted an OM NOM. Oh yeah, om nom, OH YEAH!

Cheerio!
Sue

Nola has no real recipe, Sue. She just mixes the flour, salt&pepper and milk until they are thick enough texture to drop into the boiling stew. It is the last step before the OM-NOM begins.

Nola, Noka, what ev. No matter. A 2 year old neighbor girl used to call her Noda. Just say a name in a loving tone, it will work.

R U an RV Mutant too?

BTW, My Danish grandma taught Nola much in cooking skills in the 70s. My Mom filled in any blanks for her. When we wed, she had never been camping and never cooked. Now a master of both.

The first Friday in June is National Donut Day.
Just thought I'd put that out there in case anyone needs an excuse to indulge.
