Thanks again! Last year my warranty replaced the VG turbo - radiator was pulled and flushed - Allison got new filters and Transynd and some other TLC - and all of this on 17.5+ k miles - so most service has been done on service time interval or straight PMI.

Fingers crossed here too.

BTW all, the Onan is doing zackery what it should do and when we want it to. I am
happy the service teck who came to my house to do the work was so good. He asked what it was doing and I showed him. His comment was "Design fault" and pulled the new starter to show me the problem. He filed the lower 1/32 of an inch off each tooth of the bendix and reinstalled it. Being he has a policy of 1 hour minimum he also tuned the motor so that it ran better. Best $50. bucks I have ever spent.

Where do you find people charging $50 an hour to do anything. I may come up there for work in the future...

BTW - we stopped for some falafel and humus today. The humus with olive tepenade was very tasty. Elizabeth - we had a special Texas twist on falafel - added flavor from jalaoeno and a bit of curry. The vegetarian grape leaves were pretty tasty too.

One of things I'm looking forward to in retirement is making these things myself and trying new things as we travel.

Tonight my friend Bill was inducted into the Friends of RVMs as I was able to Chromecast the Closing Presentation of the First Ever Grande Curiosity @ Catherine's Landing from my Samsung Galaxy S5 to the 42 inch TV in the living room. This is a pic of the phone app display - the TV was full screen.

Hey Marty - I was reading another thread that suggested visiting the Triple D locations - Diners Drive Ins and Dives - and what do I see on the DDD website - the BBQ Shack in Payola... so is it still around and kicking our smokey goodness.... and 1/2 pound orders of fried okra (a debated and contested mutant delight)... 😊

I remember back in the day the Marine Corps was looking for a few good men. They found them. The FMF Corpsman. Those of us who have been there would never trade it for anything. All you have to do is read my sig.

Hey, Steve, thought I better check in since it has been a while. Just to let everyone know that I am still alive.
