Herb, so going Sat - Fri or Sun - Sun gets us what, a discount, sites reserved are we able to extend on that, is this a maximum or a minimum?

Do we need a native Arkansan to interpret or call them? Diane, you there?

If I was home I'd drive over and visit with the manager, we talked some at the first GC, he liked the band.

So, not to change the subject, but we just now ordered a Hullavator for my kayak. This gizmo will lift 40# of the kayak's weight for me ... almost its entire weight.

It's a weight off my mind!

All I can do is 'run it up the flagpole and see what the boss says. Short of winning the lotto, I must ask.

Being retired, it really makes me no nevermind. It is nice that it is on the way to PA. Those that have jobs need to decide, eh?
I can have fun and do the "Kimono Magic" on any schedule!
Sooooo, what will the Kimono be concealing this time? 😇

Mary told me to say hello to Jackie and Ed and Tim and Mary. So, "Hello" from Mary.

We had so much fun at the rally, and we are already planning next summer's adventures. Anyone planning to go to Nashville?

Hi Mary - I wish we had been there to meet you too. :-(

And Elizabeth - for taking the Mini / Midi-C Challenge...

We mutants are so scattered - we have to do what we can to mutate in the same place together... it doesn't happen by accident - except when it does.

We spent the weekend at Halcyon Hot Springs.

Here's a couple of pics from our campsite. More like a parking spot with room for a chair LOL. A little "snug" to say the least. Couldn't put the awning out very far. Had to be an Arborist and take some thick twiggery off the slide side to put the slides out. Rained all night Friday but cleared up Saturday. Purchased 3 umbrellas just in case! LOL

It was nice to get out with the "Beaver" for a last hoorah. We really haven't used it much other than our holidays. After spending a bunch of money to get most things working, it would have been a shame not to get a last kick at the cat.
I had to replace the 2 chassis 12v batteries before I left. Wouldn't hold a charge. When I bought the coach, the guy put in Walmart Marine batteries. They aren't meant for the loads these rigs need. $222. from the truck repair shop. Cha Ching!

I carry a full set of tools with me. Always fixing something. Had to be an RV electrician yesterday and repair the wires to Bonnie's power swivel seat. They got hooked on something underneath and wires pulled out of buss connectors when we tried to turn it around. Got under the chair and everything was duct taped. God I hate backyard repair guys! I put new buss connectors on and zip tied all the wiring solid and "Voila" back in business. Good for another 20 miles LOL.

Hey if you or Di or Larry or Mary wanna go see him and try to get him to bend that's fine with me! I didn't push him I just wanted to get an idea of what would be available for vacancy dates and rates. Send me your email and I will forward to you what he sent me.

Dave saw where you had an Onan start up on its own. That happened to us. What did you do to solve problem and has it happened again?

If your referring to the Irv2 national rally, I don't think it's been confirmed yet. Will let you know when it is! Tell Mary hello for us.

Y'all should consider the GC redux at Catherine's Landing in Hot Springs, AR. Hopefully they will settle on dates soon!
