It took USPS 8 extra days to get my paperwork to MI this month from their projected date. May be hung up in customs trying to figure out what "Mutants" are and whether there should be 15 different agencies looking into it? Or the horse didn't make it.

I'm thinking stuff sits in the in-box for days in some places.
Or the PE Rider stops in too many saloons.
Or it gets delayed while code-breakers go crazy over the RVM Lexicon words.
