Last year we spent weeks travelling and enjoying different places. I hope we get to do more of that next year.

Wayne I never saw the day I hit 250, midgets don't get that heavy. Now Humpty Dumpty like you will have to pass on the ride offer cause you can't strip down to you skivvies and get close to that number.

And where ya gonna pack that sucker? Hope it comes apart! It's as big as the loom I ( mistakenly) carried along last winter. But I know you 3 are inseparable -- you, Annie and the smoker. 😜

It does come apart. It is in garage - will take pics. It is getting more problematic - as we try to get down to what we really want with us. But you're right - the smoker is here to stay. It's sort of a hobby - and when you have smoked meats you always have friends with beer. Also - ever eat bbq out. They price it like gold bricks. It's is always cheaper to cook than eat out. And smoking and grilling are 2 good reasons to go RVing! ! :-)

I'll go to Walmart or Sams and by the prepared meals for 3.

I don't have COPD, but Earlene my fuss at the smoke. Personally I just don't like the stuff anymore. It stop/stuff my nose up.

Thanks for the reminder. Blowing smoke is not something I want to inhale.

Your reply in Steves list about eating out every night did not show up.... Did E hack your rv2 again....
It would not bother me at all..... But will participate in prethanksgiving....

Also just a thought.... Pizza night? Delivery, digorno, or diwizi..... I would do dough, each bring toppings and grill them?

SERIOUSLY. lets KISS.... This is a vacation for me, so lite cooking, request....

Sue, we are staying at Isla Blanca County Park. Just made reservations last week and got a prime site.... We might not like it, but we have never been. So are giving it a try.... Will be there the week before Rockport, then will be at Galveston the week after....

Ok enough chatter from me on this subject....

Diane toftSFM#64....... (The Original Fast Talking Sliding Finger Mutant) and is retired, duh!

Dang! I missed all the fun last night! We're at a campground in Vegas and even using my Verizon MiFi I couldn't get on the Internet.

Congrats, Larry!

Congrats, Larry!

Next time, Barb ... and I'll race ya!

Wave hi toward the casinos and you might catch my son there. Don't bother in the mornings, though; he's a night owl.

Staying a day or two?

Chuck - are you telling me that with the grandest and longest of rigs there is - pulling a pickup - you need a roof carrier for a little Ole smoker... lol. You must be carrying a lot bacon in yer bays. Tim need not carry bacon cause hogs run wild in his home town.

Di - I certainly want to try some of the local seafood - and have seen a couple good prospects online. And a good hot dog place too lol. Although - boiling a pot of water for peel and eat is easy and making burgers and dogs is too.

As for other nights - a lot will depend on weather and such but if possible a Steak or grill night might be nice. Again - to me with the arsenal of grills we will have there - charring steak or burgers or chicken is easy - a salad and a side or two to accompany and sun tea and another gathering complete.

Lay of the land and we'll figure it out. Believe me - we didn't decide to go full time because we wanted to work like dogs all the time cooking and cleaning - nope - we are making our life a slow paced - 100% vacation so we're with ya! No cooking every night and even then limited production numbers. Smoking and grilling is not not baking... no mixers - blenders - grinders - food processors or souffle bowls. Unless of course you want to. :-)

If I had a smoker, I would have no problem finding room. I could hook this to the trailer hitch on the PU.
