Because of our soon to be new location we are going to look for a Jeep, anyone have an opinion on which one is best?
We want to tow it too. Plan to leave my C-Max Energi at my daughters as I will fly back for grandkids birthdays and doctor appointments too.

Evenin. Mutes!
We made it back home just in time for yet another round of storms, heavy rain(2" in 45 min), wind blowing like crazy but thank God it was after we got Jenny parked and all hooked up!
So thanks for all the compliments for our Kaylee. I let her read em all and she was very taken by all the love from people she doesn't know. I don't think she gets the whole mutant vibe but she will one day when she is older.
I no sooner drop her off at home and get to the corner headed back home when I get myself into an accident! First time in 40 years. Wayne may hit a curb but I take out the side of Ford Fusions. Luckily no one was hurt but I still had the hookup couplers on the jeep and as the car went in front of me that coupler went into his side door and before he could stop, just like the Titanic he had a long new air vent across his rear passenger door.
I looked but never saw him till he was in front of me. Is it time for glasses?
Only damage to the jeep was a cracked cover on the headlight and of course a bent coupler! Oh what a day.
Anyway Barb in answer to your question, Kaylee moves up in level to compete at a skill level higher than where she is currently. So next week it's back in the gym to learn more complex skill sets.
Happy anniversary Di and Larry! Also congrats on your new baby.
Dave them grand babies are precious! Love them little ones. They give the best hugs!
Dwayne, you got that Jeep lookin sharp. Hope you get that tranny runnin soon.
Well gang I've had enough excitement for one day so I'm putting this old man to bed. You all have a good evenin and make tomorrow a special day. Be safe on the rainbow.

Rubicon is the only way to go if you plan on rock crawling then a 4 door or unlimited Rubicon. If not any tj or newer wrangler. Stay away from the 4 cylinders. Get ether a in line 6 or the newer ones come with v6's both are good. Then when you're ready to modify it let me know.

I am baby sitting. So will be short.
4 door Sahara wrangler unlimitrd. Good for everything. Plus hold their value
We traded our 2 door wrangler for $4000 less than what we paid three years prior.

Now you've gone and done it, Colleen! Have you any idea how "Jeep wars" can add to the post count? and we're so far from a cell tower that it takes a long time just to load one page. How am I ever gonna stay up with this thread? I hope the guys decide what you need soon.

R U an RV Mutant too?
Colleen, if it says Wrangler on it you are good.
Mine is stock and I'm not a rock crawler, but if goes thru a lot of rough stuff just as it is. We go see critters and scenery that tourists cannot dream of.
Your turn!

Yea we won't get the great mileage as our duel fuel anymore but we have an F350 so used to that too. I get 74 mpg with the C-Max and will certainly miss that ;-).
Hunter said only a 4 door so that's what we have been looking at.
