Unless you are planning on making another baby, I don't think you need to be too worried...

Fact: The symptoms of the Zika virus are mild and last anywhere from two days to a week. Signs include: fever, skin rashes, conjunctivitis (red eyes), muscle and joint pain, headache, malaise, and infections like dengue.
Fact: A blood and urine test can confirm a Zika infection, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Fact: There is no vaccine or medicine for Zika.
Fact: Those diagnosed with Zika, says the CDC, should get rest, drink fluids, take medication to reduce pain and fever symptoms, avoid aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Whatever it is, your roundness is looking pretty good for a mutant any age. Now if we could just learn to control the old mutant man sounds when getting up, or sitting down, or while remaining stationary or in motion, and so on.

Diane toftSFM#64....... (The Original Fast Talking Sliding Finger Mutant) and is retired, duh!

Tahini is great drizzled over vegetables, or combined with lemon juice and fresh herbs to make salad dressing.

Deb, ohms for your back. I hope it resolves quickly. It sounds like sciatica. I've had two back surgeries and meet with the local teaching hospital's spine team next week to plan the third one. Avoid surgery at all costs if you can.
