Our planned next stop is full most of our dates, so we're staying at Pima County for another week. Moved out to the east edge, facing the mountains for magic sunsets. It wasn't till we got parked that I realized we are also facing the dragstrip. Uhhh ... ringside seats! 😲🙄

I thought she might hang around a bit more, despite the plan to move to BLM land... being she's outer rainbow and plans can be more fluid.

I drove around both clockwise & widdershins, left & right turns, figure 8s, and backed into a space -- twice. Even better, I missed all obstacles, like block buildings, potholes & ditches.

😊 😁 😅

Martin even said he is proud of me. Now if I can just remember the sequence to start & get underway, I'll be fine!
So tell the truth... it's great isn't it!!

On a huge empty parking lot, yes. On a busy interstate, maybe. On a gas station approach, maybe notsomuch!

We shall see. I don't foresee me taking over much of the driving time, though: I tend to get sleepy after about an hour. Not so good!

However, I can see the lure of the big machine ... locomotives, semis, road construction machinery ....

Thankee, thankee kindly, she said, sinking into a graceful curtsey. 😆

Great time had in Tucson. Thank you to all who made that possible.

Arrived La Hacienda RV park, Las Cruces around 2:30 p.m. No detours. Did hit a little dust but still able to see the road and cars.

Tomorrow might be a bit windy with gusts to 60 so they said on TV... Slides will come in.

If you liked that GC then you'll love the RVMooning in Oregan in August. Myself and the Rezman will both be there. Ed aka rezman, is well known for his award winning campfires and I'm well known for nothing, knowing nothing, doing nothing and saying nothing. I'm a real blast to be around! Hope to see you there!

Ok I'll bite, who you talking to and what you talking about?

I trust things are at least holding steady! Again I offer, if I can help, just call.

Yes, the snowplow was by about 1:30 this morning and we will be able to get out to head home tomorrow as planned. BTW the warmth we want is about one ferry ride and 1800 miles south of our present location.

That's what you call what gets put into the pot to cook after you drive around PIMA county campground learning to drive big motor homes. Usually menu header at Road Kill Cafe!
