Fifty years??? Steve and Mary Ann congrats on making it 10 times longer than I did. Marriage certainly agrees with you both! And Di and Larry -- yours is a love story that has endured despite unbelievable obstacles. I'm so glad we can all help you celebrate this anniversary.

It's Fran and Bob... we met in Montrose Co. They just built a house here in PV.

And a 32'new trailer And a park model in Wickenberg. Perfect mutant material but 1 thing. Not tech savvy.

The fish and chips were at Bills Grill in Prescott.

What's more mutant than one red nose? Why 3, of course!

Hi, Fran & Bob! And hello to you & Sweet Annie, natch!

PS: How does one avoid having to wear the red nose? By being the one with the camera, of course! [emoji6]

You just gotta watch possum when he makes sausage and cured meats. Eats all the prepped meat raw just to test the seasoning correctness.

But it was a blessing, and even if I never got any other reimbursement, the air ambulance was worth the yearly fee...... they paid them direct, but I do know it was over $16,000. Yep, right number of zeroes... and that was a no hassle, they did all contacts and plans.....

Smile.... i am ok with it all..... actually I am extremely thankful....

Btw, we now have a generator at home, gas/propane.... easy to start and all of the cords we need to hook up..... so that is comforting...
Be sure to run that thing once a month, by turning off the main power to the house to check the automatic switchover system. My girlfriend (the one I did the executrix thing for her will, had just such a system

Mary Ann and I want to visit and REvisit some natural wonders in Colorado and Utah. We have some definite plans. We're leaving home of July 16th to get to Oregon.

I thought I would check out the availability of campsites near our planned stops. OMG, we've been forced to make more reservations for this trip than any 3 of our other trips across this fine country (including Alaska). To snuggle up close to a particular national park (with its beauty and remoteness) you need reservations or you have to depend on sheer luck to find a spot. So we have spaces reserved in Estes Park, Canon City, Montrose, Dolores, Moab & Idanha. A total of 29 days. We're "wingin' it" for about 17 other days.

Our "travel model" has been destroyed. Reservations needed. Even boondocking near some of our destinations would be out of the question (mountain after mountain after mountain). I don't like pulling out on to a scenic turnout on a mountain road to spend the night.

Looking forward to 5,000 miles behind the wheel like you wouldn't believe. If you don't know what's on the other side of the next hill, that makes it worth looking at . . . . . for us.
A true mutant always wants to see arounf the next bend and over the next hill. Its a calling within this group.

Congratulations on the 50th. Was Mary Ann five or six when you two got hitched?

Chuck and Sara, Jeff and Marcia, Steve and Mary Ann . . . . . . sounds like a mutant lunch, brunch, or supper in Indiana in early July. What's ya think??? And of course Ed and Jackie if there still in the Hoosier state.

We've been counting on coming over too. Hope there's room at the table. Tell 'em to put the extra leaves in!

Cheers!
