When you can make some of these or all of these, you'll be glad you did!

So Deb... update on Dale...
Still in Lewiston?
If we went from say Portland to Walla Walla via 84 to 82 I believe... and then over to Lewiston, would we encounter anything of interest... and where might you suggest we stay (probably for the tenth time now... please lol.)

And tween Portland and Walla Walla I would like a midway stop somewhere along the river... any ideas.

Dale's doing good. He managed all by himself tonight while I went to our hometown for a meeting and then I came back to Lewiston.

We have not stayed at any of the campgrounds along the Columbia River but I would check out Maryhill State Park at the junction of I-84 and hwy 97. It is on the Washington side of the river. There is a really nice museum there. I've been to the museum a couple times. There is also the Stonehenge. Stonehenge Memorial & Klickitat County Veterans’ Memorials | Maryhill Museum of Art

If you want to go through Walla Walla, you would get off I-82 before crossing the Columbia on 730 and take that to hwy 12. We usually don't go that way. We stay on I-82 to I-182. There is a really nice newer park in Kennewick (part of the Tri-Cities) called Columbia Sun RV Resort | Your Prime Tri-Cities RV Park

Continue on I-182 East to hwy 12 south. You just stay on hwy 12 for a little while and take the turn off for hwy 124 to Waitsburg. At Waitsburg, you meet up with hwy 12 again and continue on it going east to Lewiston.

You might see some places on the side of the road selling fruit or Walla Walla Sweet Onions in WA. If you go to Walla Walla, there is Fort Walla Walla Museum.

Oh, and don't forget a stop at Multnomah Falls.

It's late and I can't think anymore. Lol. I'll come up with some more later.
Good night or should I saw Good morning?

Ainsworth State Park, we stayed 3 nights in a fhu for FREE. The ranger told us that retired or DAV veterans get to stay up to 2 weeks free each year in Oregon State parks...... dont know the exact policy.

But we enjoyed that area.....

After the Sisters, watch closely for hwy 22 so you don't have to do those with your big rigs. I think you turn off before but I might be mistaken about #33.

Marty, Martin asks which Jeep you have. It may make a difference in your towing.
