Fantastic pictures Steve. This will go on the must see list!

Yesterday we did early B-day's (my nephew is the day of the eclipse and I'm 5 days later) so my sister got me a "survival basket" for my trip out to Idanha

It's really loaded with tons of stuff, weighs like 30 pounds at least! Now I need to find places to put it all!!!

An onofficial C? Where is that....[/QUOTE]

Diwizi, not sure which unofficial C Roman was referring to, but I'd offered a parking place o'nite to view on my northeast KS farm for anyone near US36 & 73 area on that day.

Last set of pics until Idanha. Promises. Promises.

Remember Mary Ann's struggle in her hike of .5 miles when it was 95 degrees? Well, she wasn't going to settle for not getting up close and personal with Delicate Arch in Arches NP. She drug me out of bed at 6:30 this morning and we headed for Arches (a grueling 8 mile drive) and we were at the trailhead of the 3.5 mile trail that ends up at THE arch (the symbol of Arches NP).

So here's some pics she took (I stayed in the car in the parking lot).
