They were going to sell the motor home. But not sure if that has happened yet.

We could go on and on... about Mel and Kate and on FB...

BUt for the benefit of those not on the mutant FB Group, or the Mutant FB Group dedicated to Mutant Recipes, or "friends" with mutants on their FB pages - There are discussions going on there daily. Many of those things would have been here at one time. Sometines that makes the thread seem lonely or inactive. But this thread is really an iceberg. Not cold and lonely - but merely what's visible on the surface. Beneath the surface many of us text or talk on the phone with each other as well.

But we're still here. Still welcoming new mutants to the group. And still proving we don't miss what or RVs don't have and that the Journey is the Destination.

So If your a mutant and know it...

Next time I see one of you FB regulars I'm hoping you'll sit down and give me a tutorial. I find trying to navigate it frustrating and awkward.

Just grab the next 10 year old you see and trade them... 15 minutes with you and Sena - for a 15 minute tutorial. Simple as that.

Windy

We had some strong winds yesterday. The rear A/C cover flew into the kitchen window and scared the Mrs. No damage to the house but she retrieved it and I have a job for Saturday. Stuff happens.

We’ve been pretty busy up here in Chi town lately. We traveled all the way to Oregon last Sumer to witness the Lunar Eclipse and happed to run into some from your group. In the River Mountain Resort. Met and talked to a few of you, and could hear your late night parties that lasted way past eh 8pm, maybe. They say your having another get together next summer in the upper peninsula of Michigan. We would love to come up there and hang out if we’re welcome. As we are close by being from the south side of Chicago. I just remember a real nice lady with a small dog and a monkey, and a couple nice, but crazy guys from Canada named Dennis I think. We don’t want to join your group yet, but maybe later after we meet again in the upper peninsula. Let us know when and where and maybe we can make it there and meet the rest of you.

Best regards
Leroy Brown and company

Sounds great LB! I was in Oregon for the eclipse as well, grand time we had there with parties going on that late into the night

I'm sure you're more than welcome to join us in the UP. The plans have been announced and those of us interested in going are just waiting for the OK sign before we call and make our reservations. Papa Steve is the main organizer of this upcoming epic event so just follow the thread and in another month or so we'll be notified when to make the call and get our reservations in. There'll be plenty of space there so it won't be an issue! How neat!

Another FMCA member

Well, I bit the bullet and handed them my money. I figured there are enough benefits there after Di and Larry's experience and in another year or so I'm going to be shopping for tires They have quite a few benefits beyond that as well so I figured what the heck, go for it...
