Looks like this might not be the first time that plywood's been wet...

Yep. When the drain pipe to the washer clogged up and the washer backed up the drain pipe it dumped a lot of water down there...

Merry Christmas Di and Larry!
Bummer on the mice, peppermint seemed to work good for us till we got to OR and I think the mice wore gAs mask there! Hope the damage not too severe.

Hope you got enough rain. Soaked my yard resulting in a tree falling last night. Lucky it missed my shop and when I came in from w$$k today my son had already cut up almost half of it. I bet you will agree, Raising sons is always a suprise!

So the leak is fixed and the drip stopped! Also had the fan motor on the rear heat pump replaced. No more squealing. I'm surprised Good Sam covered the water leak but their authorization was for labor and 1 fitting before we knew how many fittings it might be. Fittings are cheap so it all worked out to the $250 deductible.

In Phoenix area - if in his service area - Greg is first rate!

It should be a violation of iRV2 policy to show "cold" like that!

Hit 31ºF here today at about noon.
Bright sun and heavy winter boots made the bell ringing enjoyable. We were both pleased at how quickly the amount in the kettle grew.
Merry Christmas or Festive Festivus or ...... Season's Greetings.
May our extended family have a great new year.

Isn’t that prohibited by the RVM ancient scrolls?

Deb, you and Dale need to take an extended winter vacation and come down to the warm. It was only 61* here today, but tomorrow we warm up to 67* and then a week of 70s. Plenty of sunshine and light winds will make for some WONDERFUL days.

But we do have to layer. Once the sun hides it's a dry cold, brrr.

Barb, I believe only using the 4 letter word is prohibited and not the cold word, THE $^@* word. ( tee hee, look how compliant I am...)

Exactly! You'd have to be in Florida to enjoy warmer, 60-degree weather all night long
