Welcome filethis2, you will find after awhile that you will need a much bigger broom and dust pan to stay ahead of the thread.

Filethis where in AR will you be visiting. There is a trio of AR mutants that's always looking for an excuse to meet and eat! We might be three of the sanest mutants on here. Well we do have one that thinks he's married to the Queen!

I think you Arkie guys have great taste in women, nor so sure of your women though.
BTW the weather channel just told me that we here on Vancouver Island are way warmer than you guys in the south east. Austin Texas has 1/2 " of ice everywhere??
Almost glad we couldn't get down south this winter.

RetroGrandma (Charlene) probably doesn't know either. It's all symbolic, very mutant. Just be aware that you get to pass them along to the next victi...err, nubie.
You started at the beginning of the thread? Broom & dustpan, or mop, are buried in there somewhere amongst 4 1/2 years worth of posts. Good luck!
BTW, I'm Sue, DH is Martin (who is dyed in the wool English). Part-timers, we live most of the year on a farm in IL, travel w/cats, spinning wheel, knitting & other craft paraphernalia.
Tell us a bit about yourself, whatever you're comfortable with sharing. It helps us know who we are harassing!
Cheers!

Why she's from that killer thread! And believe me, she's on the wrong side of that battle as that thread will die very soon now! LOL
Welcome to TOT Charlene and you too filethis2!

Well, I am glad to be home, but itchin to get out, just not in this darn cold... high today is 22*, that is totally ridiculous.....
But after making the deal today on the “backup” generac for our house, think we need to stay home and build the accounts back up.... that was hurtful.... Larry was backing up, but it is a lifesaving investment.... yes, we can get it back on next years tax, but that doesnt help this years purse....
But I have saved enough back for lunch when anyone comes thru town....

I not only "Think" it, I KNOW IT !!
This title was bestowed upon her Highness by perhaps the most intelligent, honorable, trustworthy & knowledgeable mutants that I know.
Besides the normal royal gifts, Papa Steve (RVM# 5) brought her the royal candy, "Queen Ann" Chocolate Covered Cherries, so it has to be TRUE!
As many other things, this has a long Mutant Story behind it.

Di, we hear ya... 7 degrees this am is frigid !
When we have our power go out, I jump into old faithful RV and pull up to back door. Run an extension cord into house. Powers the critical things:
1. The Queen's Coffee pot
2. The wood pellet stove
3. The TV
Finally 4. My PC
Then we can survive a few days...

It's a humble '96 Roadtrek 170 which means it's 17' long. I spend time visiting my kids in NY, AR, and FL. I love them but,,,, now I can stay at their houses but have my own space!
Looking forward to going to the RV show in Tampa this weekend. Don't know whether to trust it so may take my car.

Yep, us RVers with smaller rigs make great house guests because we bring our own house. I spend 5 months in my daughter's back yard each summer and eventually it will be my nursing home.

That Richard sure has a way with words! I couldn't have said that better myself!
Ha Di since you have money set back for lunch we might need to have an official Arkie Mutant Curosity with or without out of state guest! But let's give them a chance to dig out and get down here!
Party on Garth!
