I agree, but there is a dr that did a wet suit for an LVADer... but it is not out there yet... and i can guarantee it will be pricey...

Oh, I can see it now...pulling a horse trailer behind their rig... it's gonna put their rig way over the length limits!

Yah... but living is the purpose of the thing... can't just sit there waiting to die, like the fella says! I think ya'll are finding your way just fine. Takes awhile to get used to it... to learn the rhythms of life with it and get comfortable enough to venture out of your comfort zones.

Just got back to Little Rock Arkansas from Caddo Lake State Park in Texas, where we fed the MOSQUITOES, they are capitalized when you put on DEET, use a repellant device, and can still kill 3 with one slap.
There's actually a lake in NY that has very few of the buggers, Otisco Lake.
Anyone know of other places that aren't overrun with them? Anywhere in the lower 48?
Congrats on birthdays, new in laws. (usually they come in groups.)

Carol due to the fluctuations in lake level Lake Ouchita at Hot Springs dosn't normally have a mosquito problem.
Ps- tell son I will call him, just busy.

High speed crawling here.
So far we've diligently stayed hands off on her physical development. She sat up when she wanted to, she stood up when she felt like it, she cruised, and now high speed crawls.. but I have a feeling she's getting pretty close.. it's been so neat to watch her figure all of this out.

Carol,
There are no mosquitos in the deserts of southern Arizona where I spend the winter. I spend the summer near Seattle and rarely see any there despite all the rain for 8 months.
I spent 2 winters in Florida. Between the mosquitos and the fire ants, I always had something eating on me. That's why I now winter in Arizona.

Yes, Florida has MOSQUITOES, and I was attacked a few times by the fire ants. I lived in Phoenix AZ in the '70s, can't remember being eaten alive there, but didn't like the desert much.
I'd like to visit Seattle some time, spent some time in Spokane, not summers though.

When will you be there at Lake Ouchita? I heard about a spa that has a float tank in Hot Springs, I want to check it out.
My son's been busy too, he's going to Fayetteville this week, so no hurry.

R U an RV Mutant too?
On 4/14/13, RVMness began.
Shall we spout Rainbows [emoji304] and hug Unicorns [emoji882]?
Well...
Can I get an “Oh Yeah”?
An “OkieDoke”?
A “High Sign”?

That's because everything in the desert is dead and if it isn't, you don't want to mess with it!!!
