ROFL! You make a great fallgal!

BTW, thanks to your market suggestion, we are in proud (but almost clueless) possession of 3 small slabs of pork belly: 1 w/skin, 1 "black"* p.b." w/o skin, & 1 "black" p.b. thick sliced.

I gather that, aside from making bacon, there are many ways to skin a pig. Stews, bbq, boiled, fried -- who'dathunkit?

But bacon ....!
_______
*black" p.b., I was told means there might be a small cluster of small bone near one side.

I was hoping it could be had with PBJ options.

Yeah, Bill, I did think of that movie when I saw your post. I did like the movie.

Not that it matters, but I actually did know a dude named Quiggly. Not sure of the spelling, but that's the way he said it.

Take care,

Tom

For those that attended the FEUGC in Little Rock might be interested to know that today the RV park is the site of the 14th Annual Buzz B-B-Q. From the television broadcast it appears it covers the entire park. I can almost smell the aroma from here!

Just a FYI.

Ain't Amazon Prime great on packaging! A tiny pair of oil plug gaskets (for the boat's stern drive) sent by USPS complete with bags of air). Words fail me. Click image for larger version

While the Cutters are at it, here's my contribution. I thinned the carrots again yesterday, the multicolored ones Jackie gave me seeds for:

Ed may have some further insights on Amazon's shipping practices but I have gotten many packages from then that we’re almost all air. I think that the tiny packages get lost too easily and they pay shipping byweight, not volume.

Next they'll be packing in packets of helium not air to lessen the weight!

Sounds yummy. I'm still impressed by the campground. Being so close to a somewhat shaky neighborhood, the campground is a tranquil, beautiful, amazing positioned on the river, and very nicely arranged.
