Dave maybe it's good you can't be here, the jumping trees might recognize your coach...

Noooo! Even minor damage can drive ya nuts, cuz YOU always see it even if nobody else notices. Ommms for repairs! And for damaged pride.
Daddy was backing my trailer for me once to get it close to the water spigot by the house & bashed into the corner of the dining room. All upset, he pulled forward ... and then backed into it again.
Houses jump too! Betcha didn't know that.
And replacing Plexiglass windows can be a pain.

Hate to hear of the widespread carnage and growing number of jumping tree sightings.

I admire your Mutant spirit! Taking the high road shows you have mutated to another lofty level.
I, on the other hand, have been ordered by the Queen to assemble our Knights of the Round Table to challenge Jeff to a tournament. It's ON...

I do believe that would take another thread all unto itself to ponder all those possibilities.

No, but been there. Might even go back sometime & surprise the locals.
The trailer was an English one with lovely curved windows, front & back. No way out here in the wilds of IL to replace them 1 to 1, even tho I bought the unit here, so I had to find the local company who would cut the right size flat Plexi we could then fit to the openings.
It was never the same ... but we had a memory.

I am PUMPED!
A harried week arises tomorrow. Last minute surgery, shopping, finishing the truck bed build, getting the truck serviced and packing it all up. and then: GOOOOO!!
I am in upstate NY currently. Headed to the UP. Any suggestions on what to see/where to stop/ on the way to the UP? I was unable to get my passport in time, so I cannot take the northern route.
Yee Haw!!!

You are on your way, I can't make this trip, but will be camping in the state below the FEUMGC. Want to do the Elkart tours. Keep your focus sharp, and your focal plane, be sure to f/stop and smell the roses. The depth of field is great in some. OK, I'll quit with the photo metaphors.

Too bad too many don't focus on the road ahead while trying to gawk at the unfolding panorama through the front viewfinder.
I grew up sitting in a vehicle that only stopped for gas and if we were extremely lucky that gas stop would have food and restrooms available for use. I plan on 250/300 miles per day and frequently stop, get out and peer at the sights as we travel. No use in not taking in what's there for your free enjoyment.
