Well, I survived Radiofrequency Ablation on my back. Weird is an understatement of the experience. I laid on my stomach looking down at a screen of changing photos. They looked tropical, better than just the linoleum. The doc stuck needles in my back, first to numb it, then to find the right spot with the help of a fluoroscope. When he found the right spots then he "cooked" then. It felt warm with a little pressure. That was it!

The left side is pain free, the right is much better, but it still hurts some. He said it should get better with time, but might get worse first. Huh? maybe when the numbness wears off?

I think I need a nap.

That's really sweet. Was that slab from previous owner? Some failed mission there? Are your plans to re-use that or just start over?

No no! Go away Gordon. Richard and Anne do not want to play in the water or sail kites.

Thanks Dave! Racketball? No, I don’t think so. I'm too old to take up any high intensity sports. I doubt my knees would let me run that much. Would you settle for tiddlily winks?

How about I just finish some of the projects I need to get done before heading south? Storage shed build, backyard RV pad, getting flower beds ready to be ignored for 7 months - just a few of my chores before leaving.

Barb,
Here's hoping that the radiofrequency procedure you had does well for you. Goodness knows you have been through a lot.

Ohhmms and prayers your way.

NO, no Wayne!! You can't sell the tutu. It is so iconic. It is so YOU!! Besides, in the current market what could you get for it? Something like 30 pieces of fruitcake?

If it is a matter of needing a little something to carry you through, I can donate a WHOLE FRUITCAKE. That is what friends are for, right?

Just let me know. I am here to help!!

Please refrain from feeding Sir Cumferance anymore fruitcake, remember you are what you eat! And for some it's so obvious.
