Hi there all you mutants, been slowly making our way to AZ. We've been doing the tourist thing, we picked up SIL in Myrtle Beach and have been busy! Finally making it to Tucson today!!! Yeah!!
No plans for Winter yet, just trying to stay dry and warm. I've been reading thread every couple of weeks.

Has anyone else noticed that Wayne and and the Great Poobah haven’t been heard from recently? I suspect fowl play, or at least too much playing going on. What are you two up to?

Just 'cause I'm quiet doesn't mean I'm not reading all the smoke Tim is blowing.
Beauty went to Freightliner today and is ready for pick-up. Just the annual Dr's tune-up.

We are in Carlsbad NM. Beating feet to Cottonwood with a pause in the Tucson area to “breathe”.
Inverter is busted, but MUTATING to have lights and appliances working was completed.
RV tech in Cottonwood will do the fix.
Plan: Cottonwood until 12/15, Yuma 12/15 to 2/15

I hope you contacted the guy who did all the work for our little gang at the entrance to of the Cottonwood Thousand Trails site year before last.
He was good, thorough and a joy to watch work.
Sena gave him a 9 1/2 on the ten scale.

Yippee...got the rest of my next year's garlic batch planted! I don't know what the variety names are, but next year I will learn that and then the garlic snobs won't pass on my stall at the farmer's market!

Paula and Jim will be down by Houston on the 6th. Might come close to your neck of the woods. Been enjoying the weather up here by Dallas.
Nice sunny around 83 degrees. Will get a little rain next few days,
but still great camping here.

Halfway through the post and it vanished...try this again.
We are still in Melbourne FL at Wickham Park, a very nice campground. Had planned to head West on 11/1 but are probably staying another week. Carol's older brother here is pretty near death so we're not real anxious to leave yet. Between the Hurricane Michael damage and apparently another one heading up the Gulf, we'll probably take a 400 mile detour farther North instead of taking I-10 across the Panhandle (coupled with the fact that Carol is absolutely refusing to go back across the causeway on I-10 at Mobile Bay). Still plan to be in Yuma by 12/1 or close to it. Drive 2 days, rest one, drive 2 days...
