So do you cross the mile long bridge too? I’ve measured several times and yep, it’s a mile long!

Three more days? Whoopee! Bet you'll both be happy for the end of 10-hour shifts, but pleased with the cash in hand. Enjoy your trip north. Bundle up!

That looks great! When the meat shrinks up a bit and the bones show signs of being cooked, it's likely the meat will be very tasty.

Such a coincident! I cooked St Louis Style Ribs in the Instant Pot today. Fall off the bone delicious. I need to shorten the cooking time from 35 minutes to 33 minutes. So good.

You know Dave, most people who come to Arizona in the winter do so to escape the cold weather, not to hang out in the middle of it...

Easy, so easy! You will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Carl, as Sue said.

Rack of ribs (thick side down), some rub, 4 cups apple juice, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, close lid, set timer for 30 minutes on high pressure, quick releas when done.

Or, search for it on "encyclopedia" Internet for many different variations.

Sue, I made fresh spring rolls the other night. (Not in the IP, Shheessh!) I just can't seem to get the hang-of-it to make them tight, but still good. Made our own peanut sauce also.

Heck of a lot easier to go out and buy them.

Dang, getting hungry again. Well, I do need to stay in "shape."

Dear Santa,
Please bring Wayne his own cooking show on TV.

Then I can turn him off. Shesss I'm trying to loose weight here folks.
To be helpful here, just in case anyone was wondering, Reese Cups in your pocket while in the deer stand will not melt if it's cold enough. And, horrible appetite suppressants. Check that off your list.
