So, have you been naughty or nice this year? What did you ask Santa, aka RVM 0 to bring you?

Well look who showed up. A Major Mutant Award Winner! I was just sharing the presentation and pictures with my family last night.

I wonder what the Texas GC will bring!

It's already been said Tim, but let me add, you wouldn't look normal even if you lived in Normalville, PA.

Martin has already given up the English language. Not his fault though, he was born that way.

Today is the 15 year anniversary of my gastric bypass surgery. I doubt I would still be here had that not happened.

Congrats Barb. Not an easy decision to make under any circumstances. I can't envision making the same decision. Thoughts in my mind of too many returns to the eating lifestyle and thus wasting the money on the surgery.

The surgery forced changes such as volume and limited sugar tolerance, but having less small intestine that can absorb calories means I can only use half or less of the calories I do consume. My body has fewer calories left to make into fat.

As with any weight loss, the more you lose the more active you can be and the more active you are, the more you lose. I'm sure you feel that, too!
