The RV got stuck in the sand and dug itself down about 24”. There was nothing but sand. I noticed some surface rocks on a lot about 1/4 mile north, but I’d be surprised if there were any rocks under my sand.

I got the trellis post cleaned up today. I started with a serrated knife but quickly switched to a sawsall to trim all the extra goo. It is a pretty dense open cell foam the posts are set tight! I'll use 1 bag for 2 posts next time so there is less trim work to do.

You can still see bits of the foam on the post, but being in the garden, totally clean isn’t necessary. Dirt and straw work great for hiding the remains.

Dang! Wrong photo. That's poor Smarty after a trip to Tractor Supply. Here’s the trellis, I hope.

Busted by Grandson

Good morning Mutants.

So yesterday we were suppose to pick up Gabe after school, his request. Daughter calls to remind us, while Jackie and I are wrestling with a large upper kitchen cabinet. Cabinet is resting on a cleat screwed to the wall, but still needed to be attached. Without looking at the time I told daughter we couldn't get away, had our hands full. Finally find correct screws and secured cabinet to wall. Next mission pick up paint from Sherwin Williams we ordered earlier. While loading paint into Jeep, daughter pulls up with Gabe. Crap, busted, done holding cabinet, could have made it to pick up Gabe after all.

Get a tailgater you only pay for it when you need it. Shut it off when you don't and a Wally receiver.
