Yeah ! ! ! Great news to say the least.
In our past we had a great selling price in our pockets. However, buyers' home inspector found mold in the crawl space. Even after expensive remediation and sealing of the walls, we had to sacrifice the home after 3 more months on the market. House went from a 260k offer to a 225k sale + 6k in dealing with the mold. Still made 37k from our buying price.
Now you and Larry can focus on downsizing decisions on your MH.

I've just finished catching up on the past posts and I'll have you know that the Mlumps are all fine and well, even Tim and especially Wayne although you didn't here it from me, Mr. Dennis is out of the country so who knows how he is for sure, anyway y'all take care ... our next report will be from bay side ...

Not sure yet, but may go to Branson after we leave Huntsville. Bring some more of that food.
All depends on storms in Gulf, etc. - if all clear may go home so bring food there.

Wayne, I like how you volunteer Earlene to cook for the gang. So generous of you.

Settled in for a week just outside of Elkhart IN. Gonna hit the RV Hall of Fame & see what else interesting is here. Was going to go to Camping World here for a couple of things but it apparently isn't here any longer... Looked at some other "RV supply" sites but they seem to be furniture, appliances, etc., not accessories. Still poking around.

Well if your looking for some real excitement in Elkhart, I got a haircut when we were there. Really a good cut too. The young Barberette had a nice array of visible tattoos to help you pass the time while she did her cutting. She wore clothing that was appropriate for the proper display of her body art. The two designs on her breast, well could only be described as, large works of art! She'll shampoo your hair too!

You can get a tour of renegade motorcoach. Real neat to see.

Dave, I've heard you can find discount parts stores that sell the overstock from the factories.

Hahaha!
No comment on Tim's suggestion?
BTW, puts me in mind of Ray Stevens "The Haircut Song".
