New puppy name will be "Lexi," as Earlene has spoken. We pick her up on the 9th - getting anxious - but then - oh my, the training has to begin. (Training for the puppy Tim, not me.)

So, we are home in TC and will be for some while. I see the Ortho Dr. first part of January and have decided that I really do have to have my left knee replaced. They will decide on a date at my visit. We might get a short trip in before the operation and then after the operation is about 8 weeks of rehab.

Been there done that for two ACL reconstructions, right knee replaced, and two rotator cuffs repaired. Never liked the down time of rehab so never got the left fixed. It's time.

Come on down, we're home.

Well three of our Mascots are actively decorating our motorhome as we speak. Being we are inundated with Christmas decorations and presents some have had to relinquish their spots to make room.

Mascot Izzy is chillin' at the front of the MH with friends Boots (the snake), Jack A. Lope, R.J. Pinknstuft the Ron Jon Flamingo, Honolulu Lulu the hula girl and Sir Yellowbeard the Discovered Toy, Guardian of the Dashboard. Flamingo puppet Mary O'Nett (she's Irish) hangs out above the recliners. Unnamed Beanie Baby puppy and flamingo hang out on the TV cabinet.

Hello all, you too Wayne. Well I'm currently at home from deer camp. Have three deer to process, two of mine and one is my sons. Then my youngest son got a hog so I'm sure he'll want me to cut it up also. May be going back to camp and taking my grandson this weekend, he has taken only one deer so far this season.

The name Lexi is a great name, my son has a white 80 lb lab (think polar bear) named Lexi.

Our mascots are huddled around the dash cam in The Discovery. They are doing their job, collecting dust as they guard the MH during the off season.

Our plans are to be close to home for some unforeseen time. Things are looking a little different these days. Mary sold all her cook books! All 2000, the first printing. I'll be busy managing her book signing tour and taking care of finances. Tom Hanks and Rachal Ray have been selected by the network to portray us in the upcoming mini series. Don't expect all these royalties will change us much, no new Prevost for us but I am looking at a larger camper for deer camp. Our house has transformed to a Hallmark Christmas home with trees and lights everywhere. You can barely see the Christmas tree with all the kids stockings on it. But other than that nothing new, just waiting on lottery office to open to cash in our ticket.

As I sit here with ice pack still on my face, I am thinking why do I have so much teeth tripe....... Hard to complain when Z had all of his done at once....

Lexi was the name of one of my black labs, many years ago, when my sons were small....

Wayne and Earline, I love the name Lexi! I hope we can meet her before she's grown. I know you must be puppy proofing the house and buying really adorable toys for her. She is one lucky pup!
