It was sunny in Seattle today, so I commenced offensive action against the local flora and fauna. It's actually more of a holding action; I can take action a couple times a week for an hour or two while it all grows/ gnaws/ burrows 24/7. If I were a betting man I'd bet on the flora/ fauna.

It's a rather mutant tree, methinks!

Apparently there used to be boards up the trunk for access, but they've been removed. [emoji20] I'd have been right up there!

It's gorgeous, Dennis. If you ever need a house-sitter, let me know.

Sue, I'd secretly install a rope ladder so I could have an arborial reading spot all my own. What kid doesn't like a tree house (or at least a park bench)?

What is that little white thing peeking over the limb?

Looks like you are close to the same spot as last year. Hopefully there will be room for us when/if we get there.

Hi y'all. Email is being sent via the other means is communication. If you think you are on the list and not receiving the emails, let me know.

So far 3 emails were bounced back and two of the have not bee active since they joined. The other one has two emails which brings us to another question.

Are you getting the emails more than once? If so, let me know which one you want to use.

Some kids had the coolest treehouse in the county! Too bad they grew up and forgot about that venerable old tree. It must be 200 years old, at least. Thanks for sharing!

I fight the flora up there during the dry season when I have a small advantage. I KNOW they always win the rest of the year.
