Well this is not looking good. Dropped of MH yesterday, early this morning I get a call needing the combination to the safe!!!
Guess they want to see how much is in there before they proceed. Boy are they going to be disappointed. They are suspecting the connection to back of water heater. Mary's now worried about here shoes in the closet, you know 3 weeks at the lake require 6-7 pairs of shoes!

dave I'm so glad I read all of your post. When you said you didn't trust that red tape so you went and bought a new one, knowing you to be a Ford man I assumed you was buying a new roll of tape to fix it. But realized you just got a insulating cover to cover up the problem!

Oh rats! Yep, I'll bet it was rats/mice. My major leak was the washing machine hose. Water ran everywhere. Fixed now, and I now keep the electric cord off the ground while in storage. Also have "kill" bait in bays and traps inside MH. So far, so good, knock on wood.

The only times have had “beastie ala rodentia” in my Monaco has always been when my slinky is left hooked up. I have now, for years, put the slinky away between sewer feedings.
My underside must be sealed pretty good!
(And now I’ve probly jinxed myself)

Our rodent problem was when our rv was only 6 months old, those suckers chewed through the wiring harness or sumptin like that, all I remember is being pissed.. and freightliner costing a lot to fix it....

Shop called today said it was hot water heater. It sprayed the water inside and ran half the length of coach. I had old plastic dish pans in one bay that I loaded with various tools in case Mary needed to fix anything . They were level full of water.

add some soap and them a good washing. seriously was it the tank or the heater element? I have had a burned out element flood my last Pace 2 different times over 10 years or so.

Not sure Kevan but I still worry that I had to let them in my safe!
After that they decided to clean up my batteries and replaced a battery cable!
Luckily I trust these guys, they keep a good eye out for issues that might bite me. They even warned me about Wayne!

is Wayne that well known? I never have found a service center that I felt good about, do most the work myself even when I don't want to. Crain RV in Little Rock came close but their service area was to small.

Just found out the IRV2 does not allow video in the format my camera takes.
So these are two stills I did today at Shoshone Falls just outside of Twin falls.
