When we bought our present MH we pulled the "outside kitchen" out of the bay for more storage space. It's been in the shed for a few years now. Got to thinking (I know, that's bad) and seems like it would be a nice addition to the patio. The unit was to low, only 21 inches high so I needed to build it up. Used 2 x 12 with 3" wheels and it brought it up to cooking height. Has an induction cook top that works fine. The big empty space is where the refrigerator/freezer (can be used for either) goes. It's in the shed also.

Anyhow, when you come visit, the Traeger and now outdoor patio kitchen can cook you some good vittles!

Yes, the wood will be painted - someday. Please tell Earlene it is not necessary to remind me every 6 months.

So many Daves! (All of them wonderful!)

Welcome, Dave-&‐Sherry! You've been Poobahed! Looking forward to meeting y'all one day.

Pics are great, but no masks? No distancing? I'm seriously worried for y'all! We plan to get tested this week or next, as careful as we have been. I actually like breathing. [emoji6]

Everybody's younger than we are, Wayne!

Them young whippersnappers think they are invincible. Unfortunately, that may or may not be true.

The U of I campus has students back this week, & guess what: there is a huge spike in new cases. Yup. Invincible alright!

Hearing that there was an alternative RNC going on triggered a memory of a really strange wacky event I saw many many years ago called the Alternative Miss World. So I consulted the Google Oracle and, sure enough, there it was on YouTube - several events actually. We've just watched the 1978 one where the organizer and MC has an amazing costume split vertically, with his right half as a military male and the left half as a glamorous female. All the contestants have unbelievable strange/weird costumes and descend a flight of stairs and parade around the narrow stage to a noisy enthusiastic audience, some of whom have been put in a cage. All this takes place in a large marquee on Clapham Common, London.
If you would like to see how the enlightened youth of late 70s London enjoyed themselves, here's the link to the film

https://youtu.be/4OXiDzVqcRk

Be prepared to be shocked! Enjoy.

Martin,
Your perversion amazes me. I tried watching it but the language was foreign and I couldn't understand it. Sort of like speaking with you.

Di,
Do you remember the stick figures I drew. If'n you don't - well the stick figures were not straight. Now, if you would like to come visit with that little house you have, I can provide 50 amp and water. I'll even let you use the inside facilities now that we have new sewer lines!!

p.s., we have facilities near us that can support Larry.

Each grain of wood was painted by hand and the long grain run took days!
