Wayne, I don’t think it's quite over yet. Should be a lot of name calling in the next few weeks, but NOT coming from us Muties.

Hello Muties far and wide,
Well Tuesday morning I begin my trek to the ancient hunting grounds .. please wish me luck .. I'm really looking forward to this trip and hopefully some vini for my freezer ,
I'm sure it will be a winter wonderland, not like the warm balmy weather that Tim enjoys , we get real snow there not the kind that comes in a can Timmy.
Other that that we have been fortunate that the coach is behaving very well and not causing any trouble ,
Carry on ... Carry on

RE: Martin and his MG...
I have a photo somewhere of me sitting in my MGA in 1971. My first wife and I were on a camping trip. The sleeping bags and cooler are strapped to the luggage rack and are sticking up higher than my head...
We drove from Deming NM to Wilcox AZ today. Lots of wind. Tomorrow it's off to Casa Grande for 2 days then Finally to Yuma for the winter. This has not been our best trip but at least it's about done...
I think the park in Yuma is about half Canadians. It will probably look desolate.

It appears Barb is trying to dismantle the MLumps!
No name calling from muties, Really!
Oh I guess you mean political name calling and even the MLumps won’t go there!

Jeff it’s 6Am on second day of youth hunt and already 60°.
My 6yo great nephew got a monster 10 pt yesterday. His first deer. His grandpa almost cried. It was possibly the biggest deer ever killed on our lease.

Nope! Wish that were true thought.
To Jeff and Tim, I'll pay for the dry ice if y'all would send me a front quarter of what you catch! (No mountain oysters)

Duce it was a 22/250 caliber rifle with scope. Small youth gun but legal for deer. His dad said it was at about 30 yards.

No offense Jeff (or Di) but someone who has deer stands fall over needs to catch the deer so they can be close enough to shoot it. The reason he lets the GK's and GGK's shoot the deer is so he doesn't have to run after it to shoot it.
i really thought everyone understood that statement.

Lol... ok here is your proper terms.... just a bit of fun reading.
https://www.zerotohunt.com/hunting-g...hunting-terms/
Deer Hunting Vocabulary
I will always remember telling a hunting story to a non-hunting co-worker a few years back. I was rambling on about the specific details of a deer hunt over the weekend using all the fancy deer hunting lingo. He graciously let me continue.
But when I had finished, he smiled and said, “That’s great; could you repeat that in English?”
I’m not sure if it actually happened, but it feels to me like I stood there with my mouth agape for about 5 minutes before I could muster an intelligent response.
Needless to say, I was a little embarrassed.
It had literally not even occurred to me that the deer hunting slang and hunting terms I had grown so used to would be so foreign to someone who had not hunted before.
Subscribe for one-on-one tips and coaching!
As with any community or group, there is always a certain level of technical jargon to understand. But if you’re learning to hunt, there is a ridiculous amount of hunting terminology slang words to wrestle with. Trying to understand someone who uses these deer hunting terms and phrases might seem like you’re trying to test out of a college language requirement (and not doing well, either).
I felt it was about time I write an article to define some of these deer hunting terms for you. Reference it whenever you need to. When you’re done, check out the list of small game hunting terms too.

They forgot Tim's "chase and catch" phraseology!
I knew all those terms! Well, down to the "S's" is when I got bored knowing them.
