Queen Ann is royalty, however, I have never been elevated to King.

Oh come on Tim. You grab the side of the board, run like the Devil, plop it down still hanging on and now you are belly down on it. Keep holding the sides of the board until the ride ends or you tip over, which ever comes first.

Oh, by the way, we called it tobogganing.

The thing is, we're all really unknown strangers until one actually goes to a rally. When I finally got the nerve to go to one, I had no clue what to expect. What kind of people are these RV mutants? Will I get to leave alive?

But like meeting a lot of other campers at a campground, I found out everyone is just friendly as heck, will lend a hand to anyone who needs one, a bunch of folks who love to have fun and best of all, some of the best food I've had at campgrounds ever

Of course that first GC I went to was the Hail of a GC which wasted my car ($12k worth of damage) and trashed anything plastic on the roof of my RV. Hmmmmm, coincidence? Fortunately all other gatherings haven't had mother nature taking her fury against us and all is good

I do think I heard Wayne ridding a toboggan a few weeks ago. His plopping down on the board registered 4.3 on the rector scale!

Carl, I spent the first 18 years of my life in Central Massachusetts, but it was an accident of birth. I may never have snowboarded but I did a few 4.3 on the richter scale for the toboggin. Tim can attest to that - as he did. However, the performance was a 5.0+ out of 5.

You will not believe this picture. As we were headed out of town I caught this guy pulling out of the Vet's clinic and I had to pull into a lot and wait for him to get through the light. Earlene took the picture. He left Texas City and took I-45N to Dickinson, about 8-10 miles and on the freeway it was a stead 60 mph (in the 55 mph construction zone) The dog sat behind him with his front paws on the guy's shoulders and stayed there the entire time. He was taller than the driver so he was looking over the drier's head. Real cool - but dangerous.

That’s gotta be a really well trained dog to ride like that! I love the helmet and goggles. It’s brave enough to ride a motorcycle on that road, I’ve been there! I can only imagine the double takes from passing cars.

I invested in a new to me car today. Ranger is just not a good vehicle to drive in cities. Below is my new 2006 Scion. I’m amazed by the amount of room inside of what looks like a really small car. The seat height is perfect for us old folks. No climbing up or falling down into the seat.

I’m still trying to think of a name for her. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have a sister-in-law that drives one of those. She has horses and hauls square bales of hay in hers. Amazing how much she can stack into it.
