Such sorrow (for them) to be departing!

Tim, be warned, you may be on their route back to KY.
OK, so you take out the garbage, but what about washing their RV before they go off on a trip? Geez, not sure there's much attraction to that free driveway campground.

I'm wearing a "skirdle" and will wear it for 6 weeks to give support to my lower abdomen/groin surgery area. I'd describe this "skirdle" but it's beyond description. My humble attempt is "groin hernia support belt/jock strap-like appearing like none I've ever seen". Assistance from Mary Ann is required to enable me to urinate. I'm calling surgeon's office to explain what options I have for the next 6 weeks. TMI TMI TMI

Thanx for your prayers in the past. I need more for the future.
We will be praying. For the two of you!

well the price is right and Earlene's cooking and baking is fantastic, Wayne's clam chowder is the best I ever had if only Wayne wasn't there. and Cody is really missing Lexi

I can second the info above. I was lucky enough to be their driveway guest last Spring. Lily and Lexi had great fun and dining was more than delicious! Wayne even showed off some of his grilling skills, YUM! But no one can out do Earlene.

We are now booked into Catalina Spa RV Resort in Desert Hot Springs CA. Will be there from the 4th to the 11th then on to Yuma. From Yuma for a few weeks then we will head to Copper Mtn RV in Tacna AZ for a month or so.

We too can attest to the hospitality and food services of this great (but little) hidden RV park.

I told him where the water faucet was on the outside of the garage, but apparently he was not impressed with the price i was going to charge him. Don't know why, 'cause me washing it was way out of his price range.

from Papa Steve's previous post: "Assistance from Mary Ann is required to enable me to urinate". Not supposed to lift anything heavy huh?
(Yes, that joke is probably older than any of us...)

I'm limited to 10 pounds for at least 6 weeks. BTW . . . . slept well last night but worst pains yet during my post-op period. I've read somewhere that the 2nd to 5th post-op days are worse than the first. Can't wait for the heavy pain relievers to kick in today.

Cuz I'm sure that robot is super careful and doesn't jam things around at all

I've had lots of pain myself in the past, my sympathy goes out to you. Drug up, lay back, relax...the body will do the rest.

Pleased that you’ve been fixed.
Praying that you lose the pain.

Prayers Steve…. Where are you? Down south or north? Let us know when you are ready for visitors, and we will come visit you…. Smile if you are in Florida….

3rd day post op, but that is only because of gas pain…. Many times they inflate you to give them room to work… both on old fashioned and robotics…. son David does both….

Take care and stay warm this weekend….

Steve, no one said that continuously having birthdays was going to be easy!
Ask me how I know.

Mend fast, and prayers your way.
