Recommendations on New DP Motorhome Purchase
We are interested in purchasing a gently used DP motorhome....
We have looked at many unites from DFW area to Houston. We found a unit at BEST PREOWNED RV in Houston we might be interested in.
Question for readers/ fellow owners, has anyone dealt with this company?
If so what kind of experience did you have? We looked for reviews on line and found for the most part they are reputable. Been in business for over 15yrs, privately family owned. Checked BB of Houston and they had been 0 complaints against them. All good reviews.

Unless he is going to give you a warranty, Really does not matter. Just like buying a used car, its yours when you leave the lot. But would recommend getting an independent inspection first.

I agree have an independent inspector (hired by you) go over the coach first. Then if all ok....BUY IT!

We owned a home based business. The BBB called and offered us a clean rating (which we had anyway) with no complaints for a $500 payment. I declined.
I also had to file a complaint with the AG's office and also tried the BBB. RV dealer falsely claimed we had agreed to drop the complaint. Wrote a letter of protest to the BBB since the dealer never contacted me and we never dropped the complaint. All they said was that they considered the case closed. The AG's office agreed with me and we got the free TV.

Just remember that Texas in a NON Disclosure state. Meaning if the dealer Knows of problems he does not have to tell you and still be legal to sell it. Independent inspection Needed

We bought our SeaBreeze from Best Preowned RV at their location in South Carolina location. They were excellent to work with. Some of the paperwork was done through the Houston office. We spent about 4 hrs. looking over the unit and then about 2 hrs with them going over all the operations of the various components. Found a couple of items that quit working on the way back home to Kansas and called them during the drive back. They told me to get the parts or have it fixed and send them the bill. Received payment within a week. Can't say enough good things about the purchase experience with them.
